Beautiful place to spend some time in Crete
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel, easy to get to Agios Nikolaos and other places in the local area - staff were really friendly and helpful- they have a onsite restaurant and bar snacks - luxury comfy sun loungers and the spot on the beach was magnificent

Cons:

Being picky here - getting electric plug points a little tricky but we managed with an extension lead

Pros:

Hotel bello, fronte mare, strada da attraversare poco trafficata. con piccola piscina, ombrelloni in spiaggia, 'gratuiti' quasi, previa consumazione al bar/ristorante, cosa naturale nell'arco di una mattinata o giornata. Un plauso al personale dell'hotel/ristorante/bar per la gentilezza e la cordialità.

Great hospitality and an excellent location
Pros:

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a room with a sea view, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated.

The location is excellent, just across the street from the beach. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, the generous breakfast selection, and the friendly staff.

The location is excellent—right on a beautiful beach with amazing sea views. It's only about a five-minute drive from Agios Nikolaos, which turned out to be a great advantage. We enjoyed being close to the town while staying in a much quieter and more relaxing area, especially since the city itself can get quite busy.

The staff was friendly and responsive. We experienced a couple of issues with our room when we arrived, but they were handled immediately and professionally, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The only downside for us was that several services came with additional charges.
We were surprised that items such as beach towels and even the in-room safe required an extra fee. It would have been nice if these were included in the room rate.

Pros:

Bel hôtel, bien situé, proche d'Agios Nikolaos. Plage très agréable. Restaurant parfait pour le diner (excellente cuisine pour un tarif tout à fait raisonnable).
Personnel très sympatique et parlant, pour certains, un peu français.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas très varié. Pain pas terrible, comme souvent en Crète...
A part ça, tout était parfait.

Colazione a buffet ma misera. Tutto è a pagamento. Free sunbeds e poi devi consumare per stare nella spiaggia dell' albergo dopo aver pagato più di 300 euro per sole due notti. Asciugamani per spiaggia e piscina sempre a pagamento. Insomma..

Gerne wieder- Hotel mit Herz

Das Hotel liegt einfach super - nur über die Strasse und man hat einen schönen Strand. Wir kamen erst spät an und die Küche hat uns noch etwas leckeres gezaubert, obwohl schon geschlossen war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich.
Das Frühstück ist traumhaft. Wir waren schon in einigen anderen Hotels dieser Klasse auf Kreta. Aber solch ein liebevoll zubereitetes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück gab es nirgends. Jeden Tag andere Brotaufstriche, Backwaren und eine Vielfalt an Obst. Verschiedene Eierspeisen und Kuchen - wir haben uns jeden Morgen auf das Frühstück gefreut.

Cons:

Nur das sehr pünktliche Frühstücksende um 10 Uhr. Ein halbes Stündchen länger wäre für uns noch entspannter gewesen. Aber man kann es nicht jedem mit allem recht machen

Pros:

The friendliest staff and owner , the restaurant across the road has always fresh fish and very good prices , very popular with locals and hotel guests ! Breakfast very good selection with homemade Cretan pies and offers a good selection of other stuff & juices / coffee! Location at night is very quiet which we enjoyed, very short drive to agios nikolaos
