الفندق رائع رائع جداً خدمتهم فوق المستوى كل موظفين الاستقبال المطعم خدمة الغرف كل الخدمات النظافة جداً ممتازة شرح الغرفة + لاتوجد روائح اعزكم الله + عندهم استجابة سريعة واهتمام عالي بالعميل بالنسبة للموقع قريب للرجال للنساء الروضة الشريفة قريبة لكن مكان الصلاة مشي شوي + اقترح إضافة خدمة قولف للتوصيل عند الحرم خاصة النساء حتى لو برسوم رمزية وشكراً لكمممم فندق رائع 💕

الموقع جدا ممتاز قريب للحرم
وتوفر كل مايحتاجه المسافر ونظااافة ممتازة الفطور متنوع وراقي
والهدوء وخصوصا الموظفه في الإستقبال آمنه تعاملها وايضا جميع الموظفين تعاملهم راقي ولطيف مع المقيمين

Pros:

Orjwan was very attentive and checked on us every night. She made sure I could use the business room for an urgent video call. The checkin was easy and called the day before to confirm our needs. The service staff was good and helpful. The Egyptian laundry gentleman was amazing and made sure I had my items quickly. the housekeeping on day staff on the 8th floor made sure daily that we were had everything we needed.

Pros:

Very nice and convenient minutes walk to alharam. Very welcoming staff specially Arjwan follow up on WhatsApp and Fatma Omer on the reception they are fabulous helped to check on early overall the stay was great will definitely be back ISA.

Mooi en schoon hotel met perfect, vriendelijk personeel dat ons verblijf extra prettig maakte.
Pros:

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het hotel was schoon, mooi en goed verzorgd. Het personeel was perfect. Ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Dankzij hen voelden we ons meteen welkom. Zeker een aanrader!
