The hosts have been very helpful and welcoming. We felt like at home. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious!

Wir haben während unserer Reise nirgends besser geschlafen als hier. Der Service ist auf einem deutlich höheren Niveau als in Deutschland an den meisten Orten. Die Matratzen sind ein Traum - perfekt für ein oder zwei Nächte vor dem Pferdetrek. Das Eigentümer Ehepaar hat uns kurzfristig in einen neuen Bungalow einziehen lassen, da diese über eine eigene Dusche verfügen. Abends wurde kurzfristig noch ein drittes Bett in den Bungalow verbracht. Das Design ist liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war das Beste auf unserer Reise. Mit Waffeln, Mozzarella usw. Der Wasserdruck war toll. Es fühlte sich an wie Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof. Überall süße liebe Hunde und Katzen. Eine Feuerstelle draußen und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine Sauna!!! Die Shared Bathrooms sind super sauber und modern. Die Eigentümer organisierten uns einen neuen Pferdetrek kurzfristig, da unser vorab gebuchter weder Englisch sprach, noch richtige Helme bot. Das Haus wurde komplett Eco gebaut von Hand mit Lehm, Stroh und Holz. Die Eigentümerin war selbst zeitweise in Deutschland. Vielen lieben Dank für eure Hilfe und diese Servicequalität an solch einen abgelegenen Ort.🙏🏻🫶🏻

Превзошёл все мои ожидания. Пребывание в номере из глины напомнило далёкое детство. Воздух в номере такой чистый и свежий, что спал как младенец. Давно так хорошо не высыпался. Номер был чистым, просторным и эстетически привлекательным. Никогда не думал, что отель из глины и соломы может быть таким красивым и уютным.
Завтрак как в турецких отелях, обед и ужин можно заказать отдельно. Готовят вкусно.

Хозяева вообще молодцы! Отзывчивые, дружелюбные и образованные (особо хочу отметить).

Одним словом приятно находиться в отеле.

Организуются также конные прогулки до озера Сон-Куль. Перед началом проводится инструктаж, предоставляется все необходимое снаряжение, а сопровождают очень отзывчивые сотрудники.

Everything. Such a beautiful place. We recommend both staying there before and after the horsetrek to song kul and to book the horsetrek through the hotel. You will have extra little features like a more remote yurt camp at the lake. We had a very good time with our guide as well. The whole thing was perfect.

The people running the hotel are excellent. Went over and beyond to be helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the food served was absolutely delicious. We also really appreciated that coffee, tea, and drinking water were always available.

One thing that made our stay especially memorable was that we booked a multi-day horseback tour to Son Kul through the hotel. Everything was very well organized, and after returning from the tour, they even allowed us to take a shower at the hotel before continuing our journey. This was such a thoughtful gesture and was greatly appreciated.

Before our arrival, we mentioned that we are vegetarians. Throughout our entire stay, as well as during the horseback tour, we were served only delicious vegetarian meals. This level of attention and care is certainly not something you can take for granted, and we were very grateful for it.

Thank you for your outstanding hospitality—we would happily stay here again!

Sehr gutes Hotel mit netten Gastgebern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Abendessen und das Frühstück. Sehr lecker und vor allem vegetarisch! Das Frühstück ist im Preis mit inbegriffen.

The outdoor deck area over the creek was a beautiful place for coffee before breakfast. The showers were super clean and very nice. The rooms light and ours had a private toilet. Adina is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. For our horse trek she helped arrange our car to be driven to Song Kul to meet us at the end of the trek!

De host was enorm attent en dacht actief met ons mee. Communicatie met haar was makkelijk. Onze kamer werd geupgrade en toen er wat stroom problemen waren (dit lag aan de gemeente) bood de host alles aan om ons hiermee te helpen. Het eten was lekker (inclusief vers fruit). De accommodatie is erg mooi, je voelt de creatieve sfeer en bovendien erg schoon.

This place was amazing! The hotel helped us to organize a trip to the lake, we had delicious food and staff was great and informative. Totally recommend!
