Pros:

Very beautiful modern spotlessly clean apartment, very centrally located. Bed and sofas were very comfortable , bathroom and shower just wonderful , kitchen fully equipped , gentleman who let us in was such a nice helpful friendly person and we felt safe and relaxed in this beautiful place. Street outside is very busy but we were out most of the day and with windows closed during the night and air conditioning on , it wasn't really an issue. Plenty of shops and restaurants around, bus stop just outside and not very long walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Pros:

The hotel is located on a main road, which is convenient, but the surrounding neighborhood had a large number of intoxicated people and was very noisy throughout the night. As a result, I would not consider it an ideal place for families. However, it may be a good option for younger travelers who enjoy a lively nightlife atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the parking facilities were excellent.

Excellent stay and host was fantastic and so accommodating.
Pros:

Location was good as it was away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul central. Very nice welcoming coffee and teas and lovely shampoos's and bath products in the bathroom.

Cons:

Bathroom drawers did not stay closed in all bathrooms so one bumps your leg into the drawer all the time.

Very good stay experience, despite the apartment/description mismatch.
Pros:

Clean, new apartments, staff very helpful.

Cons:

The apartment we received was not the one from the pictures. We were told that the apartment from the pictures is occupied by someone else so nothing can be done about it.

An apartment that needs a renovation
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the center, you practically cross an avenue and you arrive in the center of Taksim. Parking, a facility that is hard to find in Istanbul, here you have it in the basement of the building in a large guarded parking lot. The building is very well built, earthquake resistant. Omer is a special man, a 10 for his hospitality and the professionalism he demonstrated.

Cons:

The furniture has reached the stage of disrepair, the bed in the room was practically in 2 waters as an inclination, the table in the living room is disintegrating, the air conditioner drips water from it, the apartment needs complete renovation of the furniture. The cleaning is not very well done, but it is not such a big problem that it can be solved, the sofa should be dry cleaned because there are stains on it. The electricity drops very often, I did not understand what the problem is, but it is not that disturbing.

Lovely, convenient and highly recommended for families and couples even.
Pros:

The location as Istiklal street and Taksim square are at a walking distance

Cons:

I opted for duplex, it shall have a proper king size bed. It was a queen size bed, it’s a suggestion only. They had mentioned clearly that there was a queen size bed in this room.

Clean and inviting. Omer was a great host. Accessible to quite a few tourist attractions

Cons:

Only the area immediately around the building was a bit uncomfortable to walk through if you are with a family given the number of 'working women' lining the streets
