Excellent apartment for a 7 night stay. Would certainly stay there again
Pros:

Excellent location. Well designed apartments with modern luxurious finishes.

Cons:

Only minor issues. We were 5 people and only 4 bath towels were provided initially. But was provided with an additional towel the next day. We opted not to service our apartment every day. Some spare bin bags would have helped. A dish cloth would have been useful in the kitchen.

Pros:

The apartment has great location, it’s absolutely silent, comfy, clean and the underground parking was a big plus.

Cons:

Cleaner is suppose to come when requested. The second time I booked, nobody came to clean our apartment and I had to send many messages during 2 days to get attention about it.

Pros:

De locatie op korte loopafstand van een van de belangrijke winkelstraten en met veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Ook makkelijk om van hieruit naar het Aziatische deel te reizen en naar Sultanahmet en Balat.
Het appartement is ruim en modern ingericht en heeft een mooi uitzicht. Fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren en een wasmachine. Het personeel in het kantoortje is heel behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het was af en toe moeilijk om de toegangsdeur van de buitenkant open te krijgen.

К сожалению, большое зеркало было только в одной спальне, это было неудобно, когда вы путешествуете с компанией

There was an issue with the lifts a couple of times which was a bit inconvenient. But these things happen

Easy communication with the host, smooth check-in and they propose services if needed. Nothing to add.
Really close to Taksim square, where you can easily take the tram to go everywhere in Istanbul (we did walk everywhere), as well as being close to Kabatas port which was practical while enjoying the scenery.

Great choice for our 1st visit in Istanbul
Pros:

Location, apartment amenities, host… I’m quite sure this property has one of best locations in Istanbul, specifically for those who first timers and those who need private parking.
Our unit was on the top floor same as the roof garden, so we had direct access to get 360 views of the neighborhood. In-room amenities are well equipped, very proper for long stay.

One thing that added up this as memorable stay was the Staff, all around friendly with good services, and Mohamad as the host, he’s clearly one of reasons why this property gains this high ratings.

Cons:

No air conditioning at 2nd bedroom, can be bothersome in summer peaks.
