Old-world charm
Pros:

Wonderfully charming stay full of warm, old-world character and classic appeal. Paul, the host, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, and the peaceful, well-kept surroundings make it a lovely, relaxing retreat. Highly recommended!

Stunning place! Clean with wonderful service. We felt at home as soon as we arrived, very friendly ,welcoming host

Cons:

Our room was very close to the university's gate. We did not sleep well because of the student noise throughout the night in the street below.

Family owned, you definitely feel at home when you’re there too

I like that balconies for the separate rooms were not conjoined.

Pros:

This is a beautiful guesthouse with a lot of character. The property has an unmistakable old-world charm, with well-maintained gardens that are a real highlight. It sits right next to NWU, which made it ideal for my visit. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and have everything one can need.
There is a real sense of care and pride in the place, and it shows in every detail. It is the kind of place that is easy to settle into and hard to leave. A genuine home away from home.
Bryan was outstanding throughout my stay, genuinely helpful and attentive in a way that is rare. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of, and that personal touch made a real difference to my experience. Paul welcomed me on arrival and immediately set a warm tone for the visit. Both of them clearly take pride in what they do, and it comes through in how they treat their guests.
I will absolutely be coming back whenever I am in Potchefstroom.

A wonderful stay in Potchefstroom
Pros:

Such a beautiful building. A tranquil setting, with exquisite furnishings and well maintained gardens.
I will definitely be staying here whenever I am back in Potchefstroom.

Paul is also a wonderful house manager and a delightful person to talk to.

Our stay at Garden Court was refreshing after travelling so far. Nice and clean facilities with beautiful garden views!
