Pros:

My stay was fine for a cheap place.

Cons:

Beware property did not refund my deposit. Checkout on July 2 called about my deposit refund on July 12 and was told it must have slipped by them somehow and she said she was refund ding it while we were speaking. It is now July 17 and still not refund to my card. Vegas is loosing money so they are now blatantly stealing from customers.

Pros:

Clean rooms, tried the restaurant and was pleased. They even accommodated my special requests. Dogs are welcome and the fees were low.

Cons:

They didnt really have an area for pets to relieve themselves and due to the extreme heat the parking lot was very hot for my dogs feet. They could have a lil area around the back with sum fake grass so ur pet could do its thing.. but then that area would need to be cleaned everyday or it would get really stinky..they could also put an iron in the room..

Pros:

Great customer service from all staff members. From the reception desk to the waitstaff to the bartenders. Everyone was friendly. Its got that Old Vegas charm that has disappeared from the strip.

Made to feel welcome from the second we walked through the door. Handed vouchers worth $30 to spend in the hotel/casino. Ended up they paid us to stay there.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like.

I have stayed here many times and will continue to return.
Pros:

Breakfast and all the food at the chuck wagon Cafe was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff except for one person. Loved the oldies music played in the casino. Liked the discounts/freebies offered at the check in. I'm a senior and liked that longhorn seems to cater to seniors. Liked everything and have returned several times. Great pricing.

Cons:

One staff member was unhelpful when l needed to add an extra night to my stay. Fortunately two days later, another staff member was very helpful.
