Pros:

Très grande chambre en suite avec roof top exceptionnel et vue sur l’Eiger. Très bien équipée et aménagée. Produits et pantoufles adorables pour les enfants. Magnifique et agréable spa avec piscine externe chauffée qui donne sur l’Eiger. Très bon et varié petit déjeuner.

3. Fridge on room came in handy - otherwise we would not have been able to bring any chocolates back from Switzerland, given the heat this July
4. It was noisy on the night of the Eiger Ultra race but we knew that ahead of time and went prepared with appropriate earplugs

2. Not much of an Eiger view, esp. for the price

Beautiful location
Pros:

The location and the pool and spa facilities were very good

Cons:

There was no air condition and it got pretty hot and difficult to sleep with only a fan the room. Temperature was not good to sleep with a fan

Stunning, would recommend and will be back
Pros:

Absolutely loved our visit to Grindelwald and really glad we picked this hotel. The spa is incredible, and worth the visit alone. Breakfast was lovely, nice bar attached to the hotel. Really sad to be leaving.

Cons:

There are works taking place next door which we received good communication about - noise during the day etc, no real issue. On one of our days, there was no water for the afternoon - no toilets, showers etc which was a bit of a pain but we were informed in the morning and changed our day plans. The hot water didn’t come back on for several hours which was annoying

Good location but lack of communication and efforts on cleaning can be done.
Pros:

Place and the location.

Cons:

We were informed that there was a Street festival, unfortunately we were not informed that there was a concert literally in front of our room so our night was quite short because of the noise. The room was not very clean.

Perfect hotel with the most stunning views
Pros:

Stunning hotel in perfect location everything on your doorstep. Food was excellent and the views were unbelievable! The spa & pool area are to a very high standard. I intend on returning in the near future.
