Pros:

Great to have a window overlooking the roads in the Gothic Quarter. Staff were very welcoming at breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed and bedding was very uncomfortable, we did not get much sleep during our stay which was unfortunate as we felt exhausted for sight seeing.

Locatie excelenta, foarte aproape de Catedrala, de Piata Reial si La Rambla.
Hotel curat, mic dejun foarte bogat si cafea excelenta.

Cons:

A fost cam frig in camera, dar recunosc...nu am umblat la panoul de comanda/aer conditionat...ci am folosit patura din dotare

An excellent 3-star hotel located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and within a short walking distance of the metro station. It seems the hotel has been recently renovated — the rooms are very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly, which was especially important after long days of exploring the city.

The location is fantastic, with many restaurants, cafés, and breakfast spots just around the corner, making it very convenient and enjoyable to start the day.

The service at the reception desk was outstanding — the staff answered every question kindly, helped us with directions around the city, and even assisted us in purchasing tickets for attractions in Barcelona.

I would definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona.

Ar condicionado geral desligado afetando o conforto no quarto
Cons:

O quarto de hotel era MUITO pequeno e o ar condicionado central estava desligado, fomos no inicio da primavera a media de temperatura era de 23 graus, mas pelo quarto ser muito pequeno ficava muito quente e abafado , por isso precisavamos dormir com a janela aberta, como o hotel fica numa rua de muito movimento tinha Muito barulho. Alem disso como o quarto era muito pequeno com as janelas abertas perdiamos toda a privacidade dentro do quarto. Eu gostaria de ter a opcao de ligar o ar condicionado, é por isso que em geral reservamos hoteis… pela comodidade. Isso afetou muito nossa estadia

Pros:

ottimo hotel in posizione centralissima per visitare la città ( a metà Rambla )
personale gentile e disponibile pulizia delle camere e generale ottima
colazione fantastica
in conclusione molto valido

Cons:

va bene la mancanza del bidet ( all'estero ci siamo abituati anche se non se ne capisce il motivo ) però lo spazzolino per il water si potrebbe anche mettere
per chi opta come noi per la mezza pensione sarebbe auspicabile un po' più di varietà nel menù (tutte le sere le stesse cose)
anche se la qualità del cibo era buona

Pros:

Location of the hotel is good - easy walking distance to cathedral and sagrada familia. Room was adequate - a bit tight for room but the bathroom was nice and the shower had good pressure.

Cons:

The bathroom window wouldn’t close fully and the staff while polite were quite stand-offish.
