Hotel is zeer centraal gelegen. De kamer was erg goed. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, hij spreekt goed Engels. Hij hielp ons met het regelen van de bus en taxi’s. Er is ook een goede was-service.
We deden de Cao bang loop in drie dagen met een taxi en de lokale bus, maar dit had zeker ook te doen geweest met een brommer.
De homestays in de oude dorpen worden soms overspoeld door groepen easy riders, wat spijtig is, en waardoor we ook het idee hebben dat de lokale bevolking de toeristen niet graag ziet komen.
We zouden aanraden om individueel de loop te rijden met een gehuurde brommer. En dit hotel heeft prima brommers hiervoor!

Mình đi nhiều nơi nhưng ít có nơi nào có dịch vụ ok như ở Clover. Mọi thứ đều y như hình, nội thất sạch sẽ, hiện đại, chỉn chu. Anh chủ rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, cho mình những option tốt. Xe từ Hà Nội lên Cao Bằng toàn chuyến đáp sớm 4h 5h sáng, nhưng anh chủ cũng hỗ trợ mình ngủ tạm phòng nghỉ phụ của hotel.

Phòng mình được sắp ở tầng trên cùng, view hướng ra ngoài sông đẹp chill lắm, hướng bắc hay đông bắc gì đó nên ko bị nắng gắt, đón được nhiều ánh sáng. Phòng rộng rãi thoáng, có ban công nhỏ phía ngoài. Có cả sofa ngồi coi TV nữa. Nệm êm gối êm nốt.

Hotel cũng có sẵn xe máy cho thuê. Giá mình thấy cũng như mặt bằng chung. Nhưng thấy anh có vẻ chăm sóc bảo trì xe chu đáo. Ngoài ra còn có dịch vụ giặt đồ và dọn phòng theo yêu cầu.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, chỗ ở ngay trung tâm, cho thuê xe máy nữa nên ăn đi ăn uống rất tiện. Giá rất hợp lý so với chất lượng.

I stayed in the 'Double Room with Balcony'. I originally only booked one night, but ended up staying for three nights in total.
Room - Clean, well-decorated and with lots of natural light. The bed was very comfortable and I always slept very well.
Location - What a view! It was great to stand on the balcony and admire river and the mountains in the distance.
Staff - Polite, friendly and helpful.
Area - Great! There are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, with weekends particularly lively due to the 'walking street' initiative.
Services - I was able to rent a motorbike for 7 days for a reasonable price.

Personnel gentil et nous ont aidé pour réserver un bus de nuit, service lingerie disponible. Chambre propre et grande.

Very kind, helpful, and responsive staff that went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay in Cao Bang! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location.
