Pros:

Da budem iskren, ništa

Cons:

Soba mala, i prljava. U kupatilu se vidi buđ na pločicama. U sobi bukvalno nemate gde da se okrenete. Krevet neudoban. Wi-fi signal je u jednom trenutku nestao u celom hotelu I do mog odlaska ga više nije bilo.

Not one to really remember and have good memories from.
Pros:

Nothing really - The man who checked us in was pleasant enough.

Cons:

Although the room was clean parts of it was very tired, there were 2 electric sockets hanging off the wall and the shower head leaked. We did not have breakfast as there was nothing that we would have enjoyed, we understand that we were in Bulgaria but no option of almost an English or continental breakfast was on offer, I didn't quite fancy Tripe soup for breakfast! The hotel was not large however there were lots of families in and around the swimming pool, so we did not use this facility, which was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel as it had a pool. I felt that the hotel pool was also used for outside locals to come and enjoy. Razgrad itself is not a tourist destination and pretty run down, however we felt safe. Our stay in Razgrad was only for the purpose of a wedding based 1 hour away and not a place I would return too in a hurry. I did think when booking this would not be the highlight of our holiday in Bulgaria and to be honest I was right. In all fairness the cost reflected this and I did not have high expectations however the room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable and it was safe and had free parking and did have a pool if you wanted a swim.

Gepflegter Pool und Aussenbereich
Pros:

Morgens vor dem Frühstück in den Pool ist eine gute Sache.
Alles gepflegt in dem Aussenbereich.
Frühstück war auch entspannt.
Netter Service

Cons:

Leider sehr hellhörig und zu laut.
Keine Chance auf Schlaf, weil die Restaurant MUSIK, unter den Zimmern, bis nachts schallt.

Pros:

We stayed in a room with sitting area. The room was clean and spacious. The towels were new and high quality.

Cons:

It would be nice if the room had a kettle. The AC was old, it worked fine. The breakfast was terrible, cold eggs from the fridge, burnt bread, and no black tea. It is not open buffet, you choose from 5 options but what they served us was not good. On another note, the owner needs to learn how booking.com works.
