Pros:

Excellent location as connectivity for airport, railway station and some other tourist spots are all easily accessible. I had the requirement for all three.

Memorable stay with family.
Pros:

Right from entry to check out everything was beyond expectation. Very helpful hotel staff. Stayed in FOUR bed bedroom. Very delicious food in the restaurant. Cleanliness was top notch.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I am satisfied.

physically hotel was wonderful. location, food, room, general services , but more important is the staff -- and their commitmen to making stay like one's home, like one's family ... world class in hospitality (and i have traveled extensive ly around the globe for nearly 50 years).

Perfect
Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff, who answered timely to all our requests, to the facilities, which were modern, clean, and comfortable.

The double bathroom setup on our quadruple room was a game changer.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a bit improved, with a wider range of options, but this is for a western palate, hence, I wouldn't classify it as a negative point.

Clean hotel , helpful staff .
Pros:

The service was nice , food was good , the staff was very warm . The rooms were cleaned properly, size of the room was good. The hotel has impressive interiors.

Cons:

The hotel is far from assi ghat and the traditional areas and hence the commute was very long.
