Colazione esagerata.. torte tutte fatta in casa...e la signora sempre a nostra disposizione x soddisfare le nostre richieste.. chiaramente anche il fatto di uscire dall' hotel è in 5 Min essere in centro .. è importante..anche perché il centro è tutto a traffico limitato ai residenti

Il bagno ..stanza 31 da sistemare tutti i servizi...dalla doccia ossidata in tutte le sue parti..che non ti faceva utilizzare tutte le varie doccette e dal soffione che non era fisso ...dalla al bidet che perdeva dal rubinetto ed erano tutti non fissati bene x terra...da sistemare x avere il top

Non sono stato avvisato che era in Ztl, non si poteva arrivare con l'auto ed i parcheggi li ho pagati a parte 15€.gg.

Pulizia del bagno. Pieno di muffa dentro doccia e l'acqua fredda non aveva la pressione. Ogni doccia era un bagno bollente

Ok, but for that amount one expects much more
Pros:

The position is excellent. Very close to the train station and to the city centre.
Staff was nice and helpful with leaving our luggage before checking in and after checking out.

Cons:

The room was old style, appliances (a/c, TV, shower door...) didn't work properly.
Breakfast was disappointing.

Pros:

La posizione dell'albergo è MOLTO FAVOREVOLE, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 10 minuti dal centro della città. Staff gentile, accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le esigenze del cliente. La camera nella quale ho alloggiato era piccolina ma comoda e pulita. Colazione buona e abbondante!

Cons:

Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare in camera una doppia presa a disposizione! Se volevo tenere la lampada da comodino accesa, non avrei potuto caricare il telefono e viceversa!
