Excellent property, conveniently located.
Pros:

The property was excellent and in a very convenient location, about a five minute walk from the train station.(Unless you were unfortunate enough to use Google Maps, in which case it’s about 45 minutes away.)

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Tutto, ma la stanza più discutibile era il bagno, guarda le foto allegate per capire, addirittura il bagno ha un affaccio su un cavedio e dalla parte opposta, sul pianerottolo, un'altra finestra che permetteva a chiunque di vedere come ti lavi i denti, bastava una banalissima tendina, il condizionatore credo non venga pulito dal giorno dell' installazione, il frigo stipato nell'armadio emetteva suoni fastidiosi.
I rubinetti, nessuno faceva il suo lavoro, tutti, compreso il doccione, se così vogliamo definirlo, completamente intasati da calcare, pressione pari a zero, vedi foto, il miscelatore della doccia ha come leva una bella brugola in inox da 6, vedi foto

Presa a muro, letto, lato sinistro a rischio corto perché non trattiene la spina inserita, parola di elettricista, molto pericoloso.

Vi informo io, perché a me non lo hanno comunicato, in zona non esistono parcheggi bianchi, vi trovate in zona ZTL attiva fino alle 19:30, i parcheggi con doppio colore bianchi e blu di giorno si pagano, di notte sono ad uso esclusivo dei residenti
Avrei accettato in silenzio un soggiorno di questo genere solo se pagato con i soldi del monopoli e non con 226 euro per due persone due notti

Bien pour un passage à Parme
Pros:

Accueil sympathique, possibilité de laisser les bagages si la chambre n’est pas prête.
Système d’ouverture de nuit innovant avec un app : pas besoin de code lorsque le personnel n’est pas à l’accueil.
Petit dej varié.
Proche de la gare, et aussi du centre.

Cons:

Clim très bruyante et peu efficace. On a jamais trouvé comment avoir du frais sans une soufflerie dans la chambre.
Équipement vieillot notamment dans la salle de bain.
