Good choice!
Pros:

The hotel is very well located a few minutes walk from the train/bus station and from the main historic attractions and places to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offers a good variety of choices. I definitively recommend

Pros:

Сподобався сніданок, у порівнянні з готелем прямо здивував. Новий матрас та подушка, чиста постіль. Готель розташований у пʼяти хвилинах від вокзалу, це був мій пріоритет, але контингент навкруги викликав багато питань

Cons:

Готель маленький, затиснутий між домами, таке ж маленьке все і всередині. Дуже низькі стелі, почуття, як у клітці. Кімната пофарбована у темно-зелений колір, витягнутої форми, що не розвернутись. У туалеті встановлені нові унітаз, раковина та біде( яким доречі користуватись через брак місця неможливо), але це не рятує, бо стіни і стеля у плісняві. Душова кабінка теж всередині у плісняві. Звукоізоляція відсутня геть зовсім, спати просто неможливо.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine Auswahl an verschiedenem Gebäck, Brot, Marmelade, Aufstrich, Joghurt, Müsli, verschiedenen Eiergerichten und Obst.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer war die Decke über der Dusche geschimmelt, was zu einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch in dem Raum ohne Fenster gesorgt hat. Leider habe ich dies erst entdeckt, als die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. Beim Check Out habe ich es dem Personal mitgeteilt, worauf dies direkt weitergeleitet wurde.

Pros:

The receptionist recommended some great restaurants to me during my stay. Excellent location between the train station and main attractions. I was in a corner room so noise was not a problem. No complaints given the price.

Pros:

La habitación muy linda, amplia y comoda. El desayuno completo y rico. el staff muy amable.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacia un poco de ruido si lo ponias en bajas temperaturas. Había un poco de moho en el baño.

Ottimo soggiorno a Parma
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione e due passi dal centro storico. Ambiente familiare e personale molto disponibile. Camera spartana ma pulitissima e con tutto, compresa aria condizionata, wifi, tv. Bagno pulitissimo e con grande doccia. Colazione a buffet ottima e con molta scelta. Se non cerchi il lusso, questo e' l'albergo ideale!
