Staff were amazing and so friendly. Pool was lovely and food great.
The foldout bed was uncomfortable and rooms exceptionally warm. Not smart TVs so movie night with kids was not an option and very disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead as I was arriving around midnight and was assured reception was staffed 24/7.
When I arrived, the door was locked and nobody answered the phone for 20 minutes. I was left outside in the rain until other guests arrived and let me in. There was still nobody at reception, and I waited another 15 minutes, tried to rang over and over again, knocking on reception door, before someone appeared wearing a big headphones. No surprise he didn’t hear a thing!
No apologies, just: I was setting up the conference room.
Completely unacceptable!!!
