Everything was excellent but the mattress issue annoyed me.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, and the facilities were maintained well and I overall enjoyed using them. The calm atmosphere was an enticing facet of the hotel, and the staff were understanding. Lastly, the food was tasty and hygienic.

Cons:

In-room dining was tardy, (when I ordered the food it took an hour to arrive). My parents joined me on the last two days of my stay and the mattress where my dad slept was overused, thus making it extremely soft, which is concerning considering the five star rating. Because of this, we vacated earlier.
