Привітний персонал, тихо, зручне ліжко, є все необхідне в номері, поживні сніданки.

Cons:

На фоні білосніжного ліжка брудна стіна залишила неоднозначні враження, але в загальному хороший готель.Мало місць для парковки, нам не вистачило, але до вечора цю проблему вирішили.

Pros:

Бронювала готель для мами. На фоні старого жилого фонду , це - новий сучасний готель . Чисто , затишно , дуже зручно добиратись від заліз вокзалу (2 зупинки на трамваї ).

Cons:

У нас був ранній виїзд о 06-15, тому хотілось щоб можливо було бронювання Без Вартості Сніданка . Готель , представив сніданок з собою ( 2 сендвіча, яблуко 🍏 та воду). Але ми не використували його. Тому прохання зробити можливість бронювання без сніданку .

Попри незначні нюанси, готель чудовий, персонал класний і загалом бути там гостем було приємно.
Pros:

1. Дуже комфортне місце розташування (12-15 хв. пішки від вокзалу)
2. Готель просторий попри невелику кількість номерів
3. Чудовий і дуже доброзичливий персонал
4. Гостям надається усе необхідне і навіть більше: від зубних щіток до халатів. На кожному поверсі є праска і прасувальна дошка.

Cons:

1. Ми замовляли номер з двома окремими ліжками, а отримали велике ліжко і розкладний диван. Для однієї ночі було терпимо, але спати все ж важливо з комфортом
2. Номер був візуально чистим, проте тумбочки й висувні шафи ніхто не протирав, і від попередніх гостей вони були залиті чимось липким.
3. Через близьке розташування до залізниці всю ніч було дуже чутно гуркіт. А з коридору - інших гостей.
4. Сніданки пречудові, але каву варто замінити - пити нинішню неможливо.

Great facility, close to the train station
Pros:

Great location, especially if you're arriving in or departing from Lviv by train—the station is very close and convenient. The hotel is in a quiet residential area that is still developing, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and overall we had a very good stay.

Cons:

Upon arrival, the credit card machine was not working, but the staff handled the situation well and allowed us to pay the next morning after the issue was resolved. The only real downside was the coffee machine—it was difficult to use, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

Прекрасний готель із чудовим розташуванням. Номери чисті, сучасні та комфортні. Персонал мега-ввічливий, а сніданки дуже смачні. Співвідношення ціни та якості на 10 з 10. Рекомендую!

Modern schoon. Uitstekende service van het personeel. Er was geen parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Hotel heeft toen de kosten voor hun rekening genomen.
