Konumu ve resepsiyondaki çalışanların hepsi çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Oda çok fazla küçüktü. Valizi koymak için fazla alan yoktu. Hava çok sıcak olduğu için sadece vantilatörle serinlemeye çalıştık. Bu nedenle gece uykuları biraz zorladı.

Great place would gladly go there again, but I would make it clear I need access to room by elevator

Breakfast cost too much. Location Fabulous. A/C fabulous (it was 85 degrees outside). Staff enormously helpful in arranging transportation for my family of 7. Staff helped us with our luggage.

Cons:

When I booked 5 nights for 7 family members, I specifically asked if there were elevators available and was told yes. My second trip there they put us in basement with no elevator and extremely narrow steps with no handrails on part of the stairs. I walk with a cane and it was very difficult to navigate stairs. Staff gladly carried our luggage up and down stairs.

Tutto il personale con cui ci siamo approcciati dal check in al check out, tutti i ragazzi della reception veramente super gentili, super educati e super professionali e soprattutto disponibili. Veramente una bellissima esperienza. Camera quadrupla non grandissima ma in linea con le disponibilità che offre Londra. In 4 ci siamo stati senza particolari problemi. Nel nostro caso non avevamo colazione inclusa (per nostra scelta) ma abbiamo potuto vedere anche quella zona, molto pulita ed in ordine. Camera pulita ed in ordine. Non era presente l’aria condizionata ma dato le temperature notturne non ce n’era neanche il bisogno, era presente un ventilatore comodo silenzioso e funzionante. Asciugamani da bagno presenti e vengono cambiati anche tutti i giorni se necessario. Zona super tranquilla, ci siamo sentite al sicuro. Se ci sarà occasione sicuramente torneremo. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
Check-in fatto la sera tardi super veloce.

Pros:

Friendly staff, looked after a luggage before we flew out. Continental Breakfast was delicious, the breakfast staff were great!

Cons:

You could only open the windows a little and in the heat it was not good for sleeping! Second night we asked for an additional fan, and we were given one. Made a small difference.

Habitación muy pequeña para 3 adultos.
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, el personal amable, el desayuno bien.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación para tres camas era insuficiente; estaba situada en un bajo casi interior. EL baño pequeño, no habia sitio para poner las cosas de aseo de las 3 personas,: sitio para guardar las maletas escaso; sitio para moverse escaso, pidiendonos permiso unos a otros para pasar. La mampara de la ducha no se podía abrir bien desde dentro.

Ich komme gerne wieder, das Hotel ist durchaus zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Gute Lage nahe Paddington Railwaystation und Underground, schöne Umgebung - viele Bäume in Sussex Gardens.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, haben sofort auf meine Wünsche reagiert.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage (Hitzewelle!) und das Fenster war nur einen Spalt zu öffnen.
Die Sauberkeit könnte sich noch verbessern (z.B völlig verstaubte TV Fernbedienung, Zahnpastaspuren an der Badezimmerwand ...)

Un albergo con posizione ottima, in un quartiere tranquillo.

La posizione eccezionale, lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia delle camere buona!

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato durante l'ondata di calore eccezionale. Le finestre che si aprono poco e senza aria condizionata ha reso davvero difficile riposare.
