Good stay, clean, roomy, has fan, quiet street.
Pros:

This hotel has a lift!
Room size is good.
Their lost property servie was good, we were able to picked up an item we accidently left behind.
Good luggage storage service on checkout day.

Cons:

We booked via Booking.com instead of directly from their website... seems like they have complimentary breakfast if booked direct. We missed out.

Beautiful location in a quiet area with trees, a 10-min walk to Hyde Park and Paddington station.
Pros:

The location is just perfect, a very quiet area with beautiful (and enormous) plane trees, just a 10-min walk from Hyde Park and Paddington Station. The hotel is cozy and well-kept and the staff is nice

Freundliches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Die Lage war wirklich super - der Bus 36 (von/nach London Victoria) hält direkt um die Ecke und zwei Ecken weiter ist die Station Paddington.
Das Frühstück war gut, vor allem der Toast und die Croissants. :-)
Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer. Das war gut aufgeteilt und für eine Familienstädtereise nach London super.

Proximité de la gare, quartiers alentours : Hyde Park et Marylbone très agréable. Personnel très sympathique.

Das 2. Bett für den Sohn war ein unbequemes Klappbett. Zudem war die Sauberkeit nicht sehr gut und das Zimmer sehr klein.
