Personal amable, limpieza, buen desayuno, silencio.
Solo una cosa , nada grave, vas a bañarte y no encontré colgador para la toalla, algo facil de corregir, por lo demás buena estadía.
Su ubicación en una zona de alta conectividad vial; muchos lugares de gastronomía próximos y la limpieza óptima.
Fue una sorpresa muy grata conocer este establecimiento. Limpio, ordenado, 7 pisos con doble ascensor. Su desayuno es muy variado y lleno de sabores de Perú; pero lo que más me agrado fue el trato de su personal, cordial, amable, muy servicial, trato afable y dando soluciones.
Sería conveniente mejorar las cortinas de la ducha, siempre se escapa agua que salpica el piso.

Me gusto la ubicación, muy cerca al parque Kennedy, la habitación asignada tenia buena vista, el servicio a la hora del buffet estuvo excelente y el desayuno también.
Desde la recepción me estuvieron preguntando sobre el check out a cada momento, reserve por 2 dias, no llevaba ni 6 horas y ya me estaban preguntando si me retiraré, hasta me llamaron por teléfono de la habitación, me disgusto la insistencia. No habia secadora de cabello ni plancha de ropa, ni servicios de streaming en la TV,

La habitación está horrible y el baño no es funcional y parece un hospital
Tiene mobiliario antiguo y en mal estado, sucio y dañado, la vista que tiene no es a la ciudad sino al techo de una casa contigua. El baño es antiguo y demasiado pequeño.
