חוץ מהצוות בקבלה המלון מזעזע
Great location and very helpful staff
Small issue with room but quickly resolved by staff.
Everything- very stylish beautiful room, great staff, very good food.
A bit difficult getting a table in the restaurant.
Location in Sans Sebastian and car parking
Nothing
Location was great, the staff was super helpful and professional, and they charged our e-car for free!
Our room had a window but it faces the inside of the building.
Great location, lovely rooms and delicious breakfast and restaurant downstairs
Very good breakfast and the service was great.
Cama, quarto e banheiro amplos e confortaveis. Staff muito simpatico e prestativo.
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location
Excellent breakfast and comfortable area to eat
Nice gym and sauna in the basement but unfortunately no swimming pool (except the massive bay 5 min walk away)
Nice outdoor patio area for drinks
Our room did not have a view other than a central shaft - other than that, the hotel was perfect
Friendly staff. Good location
The rooms were very dark and uninviting.
Breakfast room (when we found it) was soulless and the food wasn’t great. Not a lot to choose from.
Great staff and great location
Nothing
I Loved the location and the modern vibe of the hotel plus the great restaurant on the lobby level
I thought the lobby was very small for the value of the hotel
Staff is too unfriendly, unwilling to put any extra effort
The staff
Tolle Lage im mitten des Zentrum der Stadt. Modernes Hotel mit schönen und sauberen Zimmern. Frühstück ist hervorragend und das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen.
Zeer goed gelegen, mooie ruime kamer.
Vriendelijk personeel. We hebben in het restaurant genoten van de suggestie van Eneko: tomaten met bonito, heerlijk!
