les piscines extérieurs sont très sympa et nous avons très bien mangé nous avons apprécié qu en demi pension les boissons été inclus lors des repas le personnel du restaurant est sympa

La piscine intérieure est clairement froide nous venions du best cap Salou qui est pourtant un 3 étoiles la piscine est bien plus chaude… déçu car moi qui suis frileuse je n ai pas pu me baigner à Palas pineda … nous avons trouver que les personnes de l accueil ne sont pas souriants, pas de bonjour quand vous rentrez et sortez de l hôtel…c’est dommage sa ne fait pas chaleureux

Por favor façam espetáculo também para maior de 12 no Mínimo! Só diversão infantil nós tivemos que assistir animação de outro hotel
Gostei de 70% de tudo menos animação

Cons:

Animação e a limpeza no meu caso só tiravam o lixo e trocavam as toalhas mas o chão nos quarto cheio de lixo embaixo das camas no apartamento 6 as camas só ferro

Great place with children
Pros:

We liked the pool, the playground - it was really nice with a kid.
The location is also good, you can take a walk to the beach. Beautiful in the dusk and evening.

Cons:

The apartment was in a separate building and it was not even an option to book anything else in the hotel. But it was fine, just surprising, we felt like we are not even staying in the hotel.
Also the variety of the dinner was amazing, even as a vegan, but the at the breakfast some more vegetable would have been nice.

Le check-in est vraiment à revoir…
45 minutes d’attente alors qu’on revenait du parc PortAventura, on aurait cru refaire la queue du parc… Franchement abusé, surtout que j’avais déjà fait le check-in en ligne. Décevant quand on reste seulement une nuit.

Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas terrible non plus, surtout les viennoiseries…

Bref, dommage, car dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est joli.

Attention aussi au remplissage des produits dans la salle de bain : gel douche, shampoing et crème étaient inversés.
Par exemple, le flacon de crème près de l’évier avait été rempli avec du gel douche…

Dommage.

Habitaciones bien..Piscinas bien. Buffet muy regular. Trato de una de las chicas de recepción, de europa del este, mal. Soberbia e irónica. Para mí es un NO.
