Pros:

Уютное и тихое место, с собственным бассейном во внутреннем дворике и кухней. Готовят сами, готовят вкусно, цены, по московским меркам, невысокие - завтрак из двух яиц, сосиски, хлеба и компота обошелся в 90 руб.
Немного напрягает местоположение: узкая улица с двусторонним плотным движением, поскольку в 10 минутах - КПП "Псоу", граница с Абхазией.
Зато много маленьких лавочек-магазинчиков с овощами-фруктами-орехами, продуктовые магазины, аптеки :-)
Прямой автобус до железнодорожного вокзала Адлера.
Номер удобный, чистый. Правда, в душе занавеска с темными точками сырости (грибок или плесень).
В общем коридоре - кулер с холодной/горячей водой, микроволновка, гладильная доска с утюгом, всё работает.
Персонал доброжелательный, вежливый.
В целом - впечатление приятное, 4+
