Istanbul, o alegere intotdeauna inspirata.
Pros:

Am revenit dupa un an (aprilie 2025) tot la acest hotel pentru ca am fost foarte multumiti, in ordine; de personalul hotelului, de calitatea camerei, de gradul de curatenie (prosoape schimbate zilnic), de micul dejun.

Cons:

Hotelul fiind situat intr-o zona centrala si extrem de aglomerata, avand in vecinatate si alte hoteluri, zgomotul strazii nu poate fi izolat de tamplarie, oricat de performanta ar fi. Dar stiam acest lucru, ni l-am asumat si nu invinovatim proprietarii Espoir Hotel pentru ceea ce se intampla in exteriorul hotelului.

Pros:

Проживали в этом отеле неделю. Хотелось бы разложить по полочкам все моменты, чтобы новые гости учитывали это.

Начнем с плюсов:
+ Отель достаточно свежий
+ Стоимость
+ Расположение
Отель находится в «торговом районе», поэтому здесь достаточно выгодный курс обмена валют. Рядом много кафе (советую посетить узбекское кафе Laleli), фруктовых лавок, супермаркет буквально в соседней двери. До центра добираться удобно - ходит трамвай Т1, рядом также есть метро.

Cons:

Минусы:
- Уборка
Для меня это самый основной минус этого отеля. Убираются, откровенно говоря, не очень. Если вы попросите убраться у вас чуть-чуть попозже - будьте готовы, что уборки в этот день не будет. Белье за неделю заменили один раз. Мокрые полотенца могут просто снять с крючка и сложить их аккуратно вместо замены на чистые. Зеркало, раковину протирают не всегда. Пол пылесосят/моют тоже не всегда. Воду, чай, кофе не пополняют.
- Завтрак
Будьте готовы, что завтрак не слишком разнообразный. Найти, что поесть можно, но могут возникнут сложности. Из основного, что было за неделю: чай/кофе/сок/вода, гренки, яйцо вареное, суп, несколько видов сыров, колбаса, хлеб, овощи, фрукты и пара вариантов кекса к чаю. По запросу могут приготовить для вас омлет.
- Оснащение номера
На двоих людей кладут обычно 2 больших полотенца и 1 среднее. Полотенчика для ног или коврика в ванной нет, а кафель скользкий. В ванной два маленьких шампуня и кусковое мыло, зубных наборов нет. Подушки на кровати уже уставшие, наполнитель скомкался. Шторы грязные.

В нашем номере вай-фай был слабым, скорость около 2 мб/с.

Pros:

The Deluxe room was nice, but others were quite too small. The breakfast was okay, a fair amount of choices. Nothing to say on cleanliness, everything was great in that regard.

Cons:

The location is not the absolute best but it’s doable.

După fiecare zi agitată și obositoare în Istanbul, vei avea parte doar de relaxare și stare de bine.
Pros:

Micul dejun bogat, destul de diversificat cum nu am întâlnit în Istanbul nici la hoteluri cu mai multe stele. Curat în camere, s a făcut curățenie și s-au schimbat prosoapele zilnic. Parcare în fața hotelului. Personalul foarte cald, prezent si dornic să te ajute în orice problemă.

Cons:

Deoarece am fost extrem de mulțumit de tot în acest hotel, nu pot spune ca este ceva ce nu mi a plăcut. Curățenie, Wi-Fi, mic dejun, personal, apă caldă, mirosul din camere și din băi, totul este super.

Vom reveni cu drag!
Pros:

O locatie frumoasa, eleganta, curata, amplasata f bine, se ajunge usor cu masina, parcare in fata hotelului, personalul extrem de amabil, micul dejun excelent.

Cons:

Semnalul internet cam slab.
