It was a beautiful experience with a warm reception for our family.
Pros:

A tranquil environment, Hot shower, very spacious room, I have been there before i am hoping the the next visit would be better. I also think that it is good value for the fee paid for. The T.V. and wardrope all functional.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic. Bread, Juice, Tea with a selection between Eggs, Jam, Aceituna or Butter. I feel Eggs should be basics for everyone then with a spread. We had to reduce one selection to pick between others.
Also, after we selected the rooms, we were charged extra 60 soles for the kids on arrival, I believe a double room for two adult should contain two little kids. An extra charge that constrain us a bit. The charging socket next to the bed is loosed, should be fixed.

Lamentable pero la persona que contesta el wasthapp dice que si se puede pagar con tarjeta con un recargo adicional
Llegando al hotel dicen que no aceptan tarjeta de ningún tipo y si no estamos de acuerdo nos podemos retirar
Llegamos en la noche ,que se haría a esa hora y con niños....mal lamentablemente
El trato de la encargada pesimo no soluciona nada
Y sus respuestas siempre fueron si no está de acuerdo se puede ir
