Nu se merită cazarea
Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte drăguț. Deși majoritatea nu știau engleză, am găsit căi să putem vorbi și socializa

Cons:

Camera în sine nu a fost igienizată. Cearșafurile erau pătate, pătura la fel. Pe jos era clar ca nu se dăduse cu un aspirator sau o mătură. Baia avea mucegai și era într-o stare deplorabilă. Capacul de WC nu era stabil. Suportul de hârtie era improvizat. Am cerut prosoape curate, pentru ca cele pe care le-am primit erau pătate și ne-au dat altele la fel de pătate. Când am fost sa semnalam problema, s-au uitat cam urat. Am ajuns să ne cumpărăm noi prosoape. Am cerut ajutor de la Booking, ni s-a răspuns după 2 zile și singura rezolvare a fost să ne spună ca se va lua legătura cu cazarea, lucru care nu s-a întâmplat

Harika tavsiye ederim
Pros:

Even though it was our first time in Istanbul, the reception staff was very helpful. We were hosted as if we were at home; I highly recommend it. I had read all the reviews before coming, and the reality was nothing like the negative comments—it is actually a very good hotel.

Advertised one hotel, sent us to a completely different and unlivable place - absolutely avoid!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! IT’S A SCAM.

They advertise and show you one hotel online, but when you arrive, they send you around 15 minutes away to a completely different place that looks like a ghetto. I’ve uploaded pictures so people can see the condition for themselves.

Everything about the alternative accommodation was terrible. The bed was broken, the toilet seat was broken, and the shower didn’t even have a curtain. The toilet/shower area was also ridiculously small - basically the size of an aeroplane toilet. The bedsheets were dirty, and when we raised this with the staff, nobody seemed to care or do anything about it.

We literally had no choice but to cancel the booking that same night and pay for another hotel because the place was completely unlivable, even for one night.

Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Il faut se méfier des photos Photoshop l'établissement est en très très très très très mauvais état très très cher aucun entretien les matelas sont sales et portentdes tâches et j en passe

L'établissement est dans un piteux état très très sale matelas attaché chasse d'eau qui n'arrête pas
Pas de wifi pas télé les chambres sont trop trop petites méfiez-vous des photos elles sont retouchées une catastrophe

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei aqui e dessa vez precisei ir embora e procurar outro local

Cons:

Ao contrário da primeira vez que me deram um upgrade de quarto e era aceitável, dessa vez a hospedagem estava lotada e me deram o quarto que supostamente foi o que paguei e não foi possível continuar na hospedagem. O quarto era extremamente apertado e sujo, tinha cabelos sobre a cama, poeira pra todo lado e fiação exposta. O banheiro era a pior parte, sujo, e tão pequeno que você precisa tomar banho sentado no vazo. Pela insalubridade tentei pedir o cancelamento e não aceitaram. Fui pra outro hotel, no mesmo bairro, pagando o mesmo preço numa categoria bastante superior

Pros:

A localização é boa, o staff é amigável e se esforçam pra se comunicar mesmo sem inglês. Me deram um upgrade de quarto que é aceitável pelo valor. A localização é boa.

Cons:

Não é limpo e as instalações precisam de manutenção. A porta do freezer estava quebrada, assim como o suporte do chuveiro. Vedação acústica é ruim e você escuta tudo dos outros quartos
