Boligen, rengøringen, morgenmaden og personalet, hotellets område. Alt var godt.

Cons:

Der var flere ledige boliger ledige af den type, vi skulle bo i. Vi var blevet lovet en bolig med pooludsigt. Men fik det først i 3. forsøg efter at have klaret over det. Hvorfor ikke bare give den bedste ledige bolig væk med det samme, i stede for det pjat?
Stranden lige på den anden side af vejen er ok. Men den er flottere 1-2 km længere ude af byen (der kan man sagtens køre ud og parkere, hvis man er i egen bil).

Confortable hotel de standing
Pros:

La chambre était vraiment confortable et propre, de haut standing qu’il est difficile à trouver au Guatemala
Eau très chaude, jacuzzi qui fonctionne bien, idéal après une randonnée sur un volcan
Calme, on entend pas le bruit des voitures
Il y a une télé géante avec tous les abonnements (netflix, Disney etc)
J’ai pu accéder à ma chambre plus tot : a 12h au lieu de 15h, très pratique de retour de randonnée merci

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de savon utilisable pour le jacuzzi car les autres sont accrochés dans la douche, dommage, pareil pas de produits d’hygiène à emporter avec soi.
Le petit dej etait hyper décevant, un simple bol de yaourt avec quelques morceaux de fruits … à ce prix on s’attend à beaucoup mieux.
Le personnel est disponible mais la dame qui m’a accueilli ne savait pas réellement comment marchait le jacuzzi ni comment faire pour vider l’eau
Pour rentrer dans l’hôtel il faut systématiquement sonner et attendre que quelqu’un vous ouvre la porte. Cela peut paraître un service prestigieux mais c’est beaucoup moins agréable lorsque vous attendez sous la pluie
Il y a des boissons et des snack mis à disposition dans la chambre mais les tarifs sont indécents

Appartamento accogliente e pulitissimo con tutto il necessario. Staff gentilissimo e sempre molto efficiente. Abbiamo avuto problema con il phon e il frigorifero ed i tecnici del albergo li hanno subito sostituiti.La bella piscina si trova in un giardino stupendo pieno di piante e fiori tropicali. La colazione era buona .E stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante.Grazie a tutto l'equipe del hotel per la loro disponibilità e professionalità.

L'unica nota negativa: Era difficile fare una camminata fuori del albergo perché
la strada davanti l'hotel è molto trafficata , senza marciapiedi e la sera poco illuminata .

Sehr gut für Familien
Pros:

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern im Mai im Hotel Alisei und es war wunderbar dort,schöne gepflegte und sichere Anlage mit super Frühstücksbuffet und grossem Pool inkl Poolbar im Wasser. Die Nähe zum Strand und das freundliche Personal waren top!
