Lovely!
Pros:

The hotel is lovely; location, room, views and most of all the staff. They go beyond to make you feel welcome and special. They even noticed my birthday, and congratulated me at breakfast with bubbel, cake and a song. Again, lovely!

Wunderbar...beste Lage,direkt am See,etwas ausserhalb des Getümmels der Stadt, gute Betten,gutes Frühstück und bester Service, deshalb haben wir schon am dritten Tag nach der Ankunft unseren Aufenrhalt verlängert.

Hier und da sind kleine Schönheotsreparaturen notwendig...Tv etwas grösser???

Unser Aufenthalt war aus folgenden Gründen ganz wunderbar:

Hotel Europa:
- Lage: unschlagbare Aussicht auf den See vom Balkon aus, ruhig, trotzdem nahe am Ortskern
- Zimmer: sehr sauber, gemütlich, guter Schlaf garantiert
- Personal: wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend
- Frühstück: reichhaltig, für jeden was dabei, frisch, vielfältig
- Innenpool: genau richtig für ganz entspannte Bahnen
- Whirlpool: der perfekte Tagesabschluss
GRAZIE MILLE!

Restaurant Al Pontile:
- Essen: sehr lecker, frisch gekocht
- Personal: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent, immer für einen Spaß zu haben
GRAZIE MILLE an Amèla, Jeyson und Mosshine!

Wenn Gardasee, dann hier!
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Superb Hotel and location!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, modern, bright and had unrestricted views of the lake and surrounding hills. Above all the service level was exceptional.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem erstklassigen Hotel.
Pros:

Herausragend gutes Hotel in fantastischer Lage, mit erstklassigem Service und extrem freundlichem Personal. Auch die zusätzlich buchbare Massage war phänomenal und das Beste, was man jemals erlebt hat.

Cons:

Das Essen war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich gut, wie man es bei dem Preis erwarten dürfte.

Schönes und sehr liebevolles Familienhotel
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich. Besonders unser 14 Monate alter Sohn war total begeistert und hat sich immer gefreut, wenn seine Lieblings-Bedienung Adelle kam und mit ihm gespielt oder ihm die Bar gezeigt hat. Alle anderen waren auch immer sehr lieb zu ihm. Wir waren gerne im Restaurant essen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Es ist ein sehr hundefreundliches Hotel das in der Nähe einen Hundestrand hat.
Wir haben meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und das Hotel hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, damit es ein ganz toller Tag wird.
Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte zu Fuß schnell in die Innenstadt gehen und war direkt am See.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock zur Seeseite mit wunderschönen Balkon und Blick.
Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Es war alles wie erwartet. Perfekt

Cons:

Zustellbetten kosten Geld, was man bei Booking nicht automatisch im Gesamtpreis sieht sondern erst über Details der Unterkunft erfährt. Hier wäre eine offenere Preisdarstellung von booking wünschenswert - kein Fehler der Unterkunft.

Wunderschönes Strandhotel
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einzigartig. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Hilfe beim Gepäck und Einparken. Tiefgarage zum Parken vorhanden. Abendessen auf dem hoteleigenen Steg großartig.

Cons:

Leider zu viele Hunde im Hotel.
Die Duschkabine war zu klein.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub mit Hunden! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage! Überragend höfliches Personal! Super hundefreundlich! Eigenes Parkhaus.
Das Restaurant ist nicht gerade günstig, aber dafür hat es sehr gut geschmeckt!

Great hotel, great staff, great location
Pros:

Staff were excellent, being personally welcomed on arrival and given a tour of the facilities was something I haven’t experienced for a while and was a great first impression. The location, right on the lake was such a great amenity

Cons:

Regularly the WiFi in the room disconnected but was ok throughout the rest of the hotel
