Pros:

Modern, has some nice restaurants close by. About 10 minute walk to the metro
Laundry area communal with 3 washing machines

Cons:

The living and bedroom
All in one room.
Bed is queen size not king.
Only one dyer so have to wait for it to be finished
No supply of water or tea or milk
