I enjoyed this very comfortable room that allowed me to take siestas in air conditioned comfort.
Pros:

Nice modern space, great wifi, ice cold self regulating AC, great refrigerator, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, fast reliable elevator. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the metro.

Cons:

Minor stuff. Could use a pair of scissors and a toaster, maybe a clock on the wall.

Pros:

The Apartment was great, very well set out room and kitchen, massive bed and great shower - very clean, air con was very good and plenty of storage space and safe. Front of house staff were very friendly and inobtrusive.

Cons:

Just the location really; it is quite a way from the waterline - we walked over 14 miles in 2 days, a taxi from the River/Castle areas back home on an Evening was about £20 (Uber was a lot cheaper). Perhaps it was a lack of research on my part rather than a negative reflection on the Apartment

Noisy apparent in stinky city with pretty well executed concept and style
Pros:

I very much liked the size, layout and style of apartment, standard of furnishing, bed and bathroom.

Cons:

Noise. I had an apartment towards the street. The noise (planes, cars, motorcycles) that comes through the closed windows during day and night is terrifying to my system. Couldn’t sleep well. I know there are better, really sound isolating windows on the market. The ones used here do almost nothing in regard to noise. Tools in the kitchen were hold at a minimum. Totally sub standard. The apartment is obviously in Lisbon. Lisbon has terrible air (exhaust gases from very old diesel cars = health hazard). This will stay in my head about the city and the place.
