Pros:

Hotel very near from the city center principal place, around 7min by foot ; it means you can enjoy the restaurants, music, people in the place and enjoy the calm when going back to the hotel.
Room is very nice, big enough to open our luggages ; bathroom is very clean. Bed is confortable.
No breakfast at the hotel but there is coffees around.
Pool is simple and nice to enjoy a swim after a long day of walking and visiting.

Fue mejor de lo que esperaba
Pros:

La alberca... Que disfrute!! Pero la habitación en general cumple con su función, colchón y almohadas muy comodas, agua súper caliente al momento

Cons:

Tal vez que la base de la cama sea de cemento, me pegué varias veces en los dedos por la costumbre de pensar que está abierto

Pros:

Pedimos un cambio de habitación, de dos camas a una extra grande, y nos lo hicieron sin problema. La habitación era muy cómoda y estaba muy limpia. Tanto el parking como la piscina también están muy bien.
La ubicación también está bien, muy cerca de la plaza principal.

Está bien ubicado. El rooftop tenía muy buena pinta pero no pudimos disfrutarlo por la lluvia.

Cons:

Creo que no se corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. El colchón, las almohadas, las instalaciones no eran de calidad.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, excelente habitación, excelente precio. Todo estuvo perfecto. No tuvimos la oportunidad de probar la piscina ni el restaurante lamentablemente. El estacionamiento incluido es muy apreciable. Si algún día volvemos a Valladolid sin duda volveremos a quedarnos en el Kuxtal

La ubicación y el lugar donde tiene la alberca es ameno

Cons:

Las almohadas estan incómodas, no hay reglas de ruido con respecto al respeto al silencio por los otros huespedes, en la parte del bar y la alberca esta desatendido, y que cuando llegas te dicen que si manchas las sábanas con sangre que te cobran, como si ser mujer y tener accidentes tuviera que estar penalizado, lo cual a mi y a mis amigas se nos hizo fuera de lugar y ofensivo
