Cómodos a pesar de todo
Pros:

La Quinta es muy bonita, el jardín es espectacular y está muy bien situada si quieres playa y ciudad

Cons:

No tiene ni de lejos las 5 estrellas que mencionan. La habitación era pequeña, el baño minúsculo y, en general, las instalaciones no cumplen con lo que esperas de la calificación que mencionan. Tampoco el mantenimiento está a la altura. A pesar de todo nos gustó

Pros:

Beautiful garden and pool area. Friendly service and staff. Food in the restaurant is good. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner menu also decent.
We also had the biggest room (Panorama suite) which was great.

Cons:

Parts of the estate was a bit worn (furniture, sunbeds etc.).
Dinner not available on Mondays (which we were not informed of). Wine list not very big.

Underbar plats
Pros:

Hotellet är beläget på en vacker plats med en helt underbar trädgård (och trädgårdsmästare) med utsikt över floden och Lissabon. Nästan ännu vackrare än på bilderna! När vi anlände till hotellet blev vi väl omhändertagna med en liten rundvisning av personalen. Poolen och poolområdet kändes fräscht. Hotellets allmänna utrymmen var stilfullt och elegant inredda. Rummet vi fick med poolutsikt var rymligt och trevligt. Vi uppskattade att det var à la carte-frukost, även om frukosten i sig inte var något utöver det vanliga. Gott om parkering i nära anslutning till boendet.

Det är bra att känna till att vägen till hotellet är väldigt dålig, men vi tyckte bara att det var charmigt.
Bil är absolut nödvändigt!

Cons:

Tyvärr fick vi ett rum med mögel, det var inte synligt men upptäcktes efter första natten på grund av allergi. Då vi endast hade en kort vistelse på hotellet uppmärksammade vi inte personalen på detta, så det är möjligt att de hade gjort något åt det. Rummet vi fick var på bottenplan så kan tänkas vara annorlunda i andra rum.

Värdelöst vattentryck i duschen. Utifrån priset hade vi förväntat oss mer av frukosten, utbudet var något enkelt. Rummet hade ingen minikyl (vilket vi visste på förhand) men det hade skapat mervärde.

Mi calma
Pros:

La tranquilidad. Es un verdadero lujo estar cerca de Lisboa pero tener tanta paz y sin ruidos.

Cons:

Es la cuarta vez que vamos en seis años y comienza a notarse la falta de mantenimiento en la piscina por ejemplo, hay baldosas levantadas. Y las habitaciones que están abajo con vistas al río también necesitan ya un mantenimiento en la madera del suelo de la terraza.

De kamer was zeer schoon en groot. We hadden een groot terras erbij. De ligging is ontzettend fijn, dichtbij de stad maar toch alle rust.

Het zwembad mag langzamerhand gerenoveerd worden.

Los jardines son espectaculares. La persona que los cuida es encantadora y se nota el cariño y el esfuerzo que pone en el mantenimiento.
La zona de la piscina y las hamacas está muy bien y las vistas de Lisboa son espectaculares.

Cons:

Nos defraudó bastante.
Todo el cuidado que se veía fuera, no sé percibía para nada en la habitación. Las cortinas llenas de agujeritos que por la mañana dejaban pasar la luz.
Del baño salía un olor terrible con la puerta abierta, como a agua estancada o fosa aséptica.
Muy ruidosa. Siendo que el sitio es tranquilo, por la mañana el primer día, desde las 9, muchísimo jaleo en el recibidor. Pensábamos que sería una familia que se iba, pero eran las personas de limpieza.
Podría entender el ruido de cualquier otro cliente, pero resulta extraño que sea el del propio hotel siendo que ni es barato ni acompaña el concepto.

Sossego e paz. Excelente local para descontrair e recuperar energia.
Pros:

O pequeno-almoço era diversificado e bem servido; o pessoal foram, todos sem exceção, irrepreensiveis.
