التواصل مع الفندق سيء لا يرد على الاتصال ولا حتى على الايميلات

النظافة كانت ممتازه

للاسف تجربتي هذي المره كانت سيئة جداً مع العلم هذي ثاني مره احجز عندهم
أولاً كان يوجد اعمال بناء ومعدات ثقيلة بجانب الفندق ولم يتم ابلاغي الا قبل تسجيل الدخول بـ 12 ساعة فقط مع العلم انه تم حجز الفندق في تاريخ 10 ابريل 2026 و الدخول في تاريخ 25 مايو 2026
ثانياً بسبب صوت المعدات الثقيلة ما قدرت انام و تم رفع شكوى عند الاستقبال وكان رد الموظف "ما اقدر اسوي شيء الفندق ممتلئ تواصل مع الدعم الفني booking “
ثالثاً حتى بعد رفع الشكوى لدى booking لم يتم الرد على الشكوى من قبل الفندق ولم يتم تعويضي بأي شيء
