Excelente localidade e recepção
Pros:

O hotel fica em excelente localidade: ao lado da estação de trem, ao lado da estação de ônibus que sai para Machu Pichu, ao lado dos principais restaurantes e bares, ao lado da feira artesanal.
O hotel é confortável, com funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Inclusive, a recepcionista nos buscou na estação de trem com uma placa com o meu nome o que achei bem legal. Para ela buscar na estação de trem, deve-se avisar previamente o horário de chegada na estação.
O quarto tinha vista para a montanha e para o rio (vista excepcional), camas confortáveis e ótima limpeza. No entanto, os quartos não possuem frigobar e nem ferro para passar roupa.
O café da manhã é ótimo e com boa variedade: frutas, pães, bolos, cereais, geleias, sucos, café, chás, proteínas (ovos, queijo), iogurtes.

Ottima posizione, struttura abbastanza pulita. Consigliato per chi non ha grosse pretese.
Pros:

Ottima posizione davanti alla fermata del bus per Machu picchu e a 2 passi dalla stazione incarail/perurail. La nostra stanza era pulita, nulla di eccezionale ma per una notte andava benissimo.
Colazione dalle 5 della mattina a buffet abbastanza fornita.

Cons:

Struttura un po vecchia e personale un po assente.

Even if the rooms are a bit outdated, the staff was amazing, the location very central

The friendliness of the staff was incredible. Thanks to the night porter that picked us up at the station and knew already our situation (our tickets to Machu Pichu got cancelled) helped us quickly to figure out what to do in this case. And thanks to his suggestion we managed to get the ticket of MachuPicchu!!! He saved our trip

Ideal for my schedule.
Pros:

Ideal overnight stay in the centre of town. Just across the road from the bus stop to Machu Picchu. Very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Quiet.

את המיקום קרוב לרכבת לא צריך לסחוב למרחקים, קרוב למסעדות טובות

את החדר, מרווח, נוח, נקי, מיים חמים וטובים. תענוג

ארוחת הבוקר מתחשבת ביוצאים מוקדם והיא טובה

Hotel con excelente ubicación y personal amable
Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicada, muy cerca de la estación de tren y de la estación ion de ómnibus para ir a Machu Picchu. Las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno abundante. Daniel de la recepción un 10. Nos fue a buscar a la estación de tren y siempre muy amable.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación era muy pequeño.
