שהינו במלון 8 ימים, נהנינו מאד.
Pros:

דירה גדולה ומרווחת, מאובזרת ונוחה. מיקום מעולה ליציאה לטיולים בטבע. צוות עם תודעת שירות גבוהה, חביב ועוזר.

Cons:

אפשר לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר, היתה בסדר אבל לא יותר מכך.

Pros:

The room is actually a two room apartment with a small kitchen, a small closet room and is very spacious.
The hotel is located about a hundred meters from the railway station. It is at the center of Strbske Pleso, so close to restaurants and about 750 meters from the starting point of some of the trails in the region.
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
All in all - it was a good experience even after considering the problems I refer to.

Cons:

It seems the hotel was under some renovation. When we arrived, the reception was on an upper floor, so we had to carry our luggage about 20 stairs. This was solved from the third day we were there.
The restaurant in the hotel worked only till 6pm, meaning we had to find other places to eat.
During breakfast, some of the products were finished, and were not replaced by the staff , unless specifically asked for. It felt as if the kitchen was working on 'low gear' during breakfast. This was beneath my expectations for a four star hotel.

Ajánlom mindenkinek. Ha arra járok még, akkor újra ezt választanám.
Pros:

Jó helyen van a hotel. Környezetében éttermek, sportfelszerelési boltok közel vannak. Reggeli kiadós és finom. Jó kiindulópontja lehet minden szabadidős tevékenységnek. Ja, a WiFi fenomenális, mert környező éttermekből is elérhető volt jó minőségben.

Cons:

Tulajdonképp egyet tudok csak kifogásolni, hogy a mi apartmanunkban nem volt klíma. Ugyan hűvös volt az idő, de a nagy ablakfelületek miatt a délelőtti órákban a szoba azért felmelegedett.

Pros:

Perfektná poloha hotela. Bezproblémové parkovanie pri hoteli. Fajn raňajky až na kávu, tá nám chuťovo teda nesadla :-) Potešilo by aj nejaké kváskové pečivo. Oceňujem možnosť ubytovania so psom. Izba bola veľká a pôsobila čisto.

Cons:

Izba bola na najvyššom podlaží a cez deň v nej bolo veľmi teplo - nad 27 st. Boli sme však v období, kedy aj v tejto nadmorskej výške bolo cez deň okolo 30 st. Izba nebola vybavená klimatizáciou.

Pros:

Actually this is apart hotel which was not clearly stated in room description. It was very nice surprise regarding size of the room and available facilities. Everything was cosy and value for money is more than ok. Mattresses are of very good quality for peacefull rest. Location is very good near the lake and all hiking routes are practically starting near hotel. Train station is nearby.

Cons:

At the moment the entrance is underconstruction so we had some difficulties regarding accessibility of reception, but everything else was fine.
