Kouzelný prodloužený víkend v Tatrách.
Pros:

Velice pestrý výběr jídel u snídaně. Několik restaurací v blízkém okolí hotelu. Hotel se nachází u vlakového nádraží. Parkování u hotelu.

Spokojenost. Určitě by jsme příště uvažovali nad stejným ubytováním.
Pros:

Krásný čistý hotel, který je perfektním výchozím bodem pro výlety. Snídaně bohaté na výběr. Naše rodina byla velmi spokojená.

Cons:

Jedno malinké mínus by se možná našlo. Mladý personál občas působil neochotně. Neříkám, že nedělali co měli, ale některé dny při příchodu na snídani se jim člověk musel vnucovat, aby mohl vůbec nahlásit číslo pokoje. Jiné dny zase naopak stáli a s úsměvem na nás čekali ( což bylo mnohem příjemnější).

Perfect place, you can reach everything by foot, family friendly, breakfast was wow!
Pros:

Location more than perfect! Family friendly they even got breakfast for babies ( vegetables/fruit special jams). Playground in the hotel for kids are amazing, we got room with Mountain View, free parking. Breakfast was wow, more than good

Cons:

That sauna is not included in the price, you have to pay additional

Ich bin entsetzt, dass booking.com nicht auf meine Beschwerde reagiert!
Pros:

Das Frühstück und Restaurant waren gut, das Apartment war ok
Rezeption war behilflich, allerdings ohne Erfolg, als mir die Rechnung für das Hotel 677,71€ zweimal von booking.com verrechnet wurde!

Cons:

Spa und Wellness nur nach Vorankündigung und 25€ für eine Stunde
Keine Bodenreinigung im Apartment die gesamten 4 Tage

Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum war ideal für den Start einer Wanderung, zum Essen oder zum See. Das Appartment war super gross und im gesamten Hotel war es sehr ruhig. Trotzdem kein deutsch gesprochen wurde, kam man mit dem üblichen Schulenglisch gut weiter.

Dobra lokalizacja. Pokoje przestronne i czyste.

Cons:

Śniadania bardzo słabe, w żaden sposób nie odpowiednie do hotelu 4*. Brak białego sera, pomidory, papryka, ogórek pomieszane na jednym półmisku, soki z najniższej półki, owoce w ilościach degustacyjnych, ciągłe braki na bufecie. Kawa okropna. W tej cenie to nieporozumienie.

A szállás rendben van közel van minden. Pihenni túrázni teljesen ok.

Összességében maga a hotel tiszta, jól felszerelt, viszont nem biztos hogy a félpanziós ellátás megéri.
Pros:

Szép tiszta szoba. Jól felszerelt. Szép helyen. A személyzet kedves.

Cons:

Külön kellett foglalni a wellneshez időpontot illetve külön fizetős volt. A reggeli elfogadható volt. A vacsora választék elég kevés ill nagyon lassan pótolták azt ami elfogyott, ha pótolták. Nagyon korán volt a vacsora.
