Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views and delicious food
Pros:

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect - it felt secluded (in a good way) yet convenient to gondolas, hiking trails, and public bus routes. The food was an unexpected delight that exceeded our expectations. We looked forward to dinner on the terrace each evening with the beautiful views and delicious food with plenty of healthy options. Our room was spotless with beautiful views of pine trees and the valley below. All of the staff were very friendly. Five nights was not enough time! We look forward to returning. This was our favorite hotel in the mountains.

Pros:

Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber. Besonders herausgestochen hat das immer freundliche Personal, sowie das Frühstücksbuffet und täglich wechselndes Abendessen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Unser wunderschöner Urlaub im Familienhotel

Es war für uns beide ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem ansprechenden Hotel, wir fühlten uns sofort WILLKOMMEN. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren super freundlich und nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen und das Abendessen im Restaurant war jeden Abend eine Gaumenfreude ! Als wir nach Hause fuhren, fühlte es sich wie ein Abschied von Freunden an. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder !

A perfect honeymoon destination- amazing stay!
Pros:

We stayed at Die Aussicht for 10 days to celebrate our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for any more! The room was amazing, so clean, with the best view we’ve ever seen from the balcony. The food was delicious, with something different every night and all very well thought out- so much choice at breakfast and the soup was always yummy! The staff were all incredible, from the owners to the waiting staff, they always had a smile and made the stay very special. We also loved the spa facilities after our long hikes, that was a great addition. The hotel is just so organised and so clean, and there were so many small touches that made it extra special! It’s also in a great position for reaching so many different locations, with a bus stop just down the road. Thank you for such a special and memorable stay, we will definitely be returning!

Nel complesso soddisfacente
Pros:

Posizione tranquilla forse troppo pulizia ottima delle camere non adatto a Bambini dai 6 anni in poi perché la struttura offre poco non essendoci una piscina interna o esterna che tante volte la sera serve al rientro delle escursioni a chiudere la giornata e non ha parco giochi
Metterei una persona che intrattenga loro e una area ristorazione dove potrebbero mangiare con un menù dedicato lasciando i grandi mangiare in tranquillità .
Bravo il ragazzo della colazione che prepara le uova E il grill

Cons:

La ristorazione dei menù devono essere più vari e la pasta dovrebbe esserci tutte le sere per i bambini dai 6ai 12anni con scelta bianca pomodoro bolognese e pesto così da accontentare tutti
L’acqua non può d’essere a pagamento nel pasto fare una mezza pensione con il buffet di dolci dalle 16,30 alle 17,30come merenda e la cena per le ore 20 come start

Schönes Hotel, alles perfekt. Nicht ganz so Hundefreundlich.
Pros:

Die Aussicht und das Personal waren Top! Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sauber und gepflegt. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) waren auch ausreichend und vielfältig. Der Kinderspielraum ist auch für Jugendliche oder sogar Erwachsene sehenswert. Es gibt einen Tisch mit Bildschirm auf dem viele Spiele gespielt werden können. Später reiste spontan noch ein Teil der Familie an. Die Buchung war unkompliziert möglich und am Tag der Anreise (Abendessen schon vorbei) wurden Teller warmgehalten.

Cons:

Wenn ich etwas schlechtes bewerten müsste dann wäre es, dass ich nicht das Gefühl hatte dass meine Hunde von den Inhabern aus willkommen waren. Vom Personal schon. Ich hatte über Booking im letzten Buchungsschritt angegeben dass die Reise mit Hund stattfindet. Am ersten Morgen wurde ich von der Inhaberin an der Rezeption gefragt, welches Zimmer ich hätte. Ich nannte die Zimmernummer und wartete weiter auf den Aufzug. Danach sagte sie mir, dass nur auf bestimmten Zimmern Hunde erlaubt seien. Auf unserem wäre es aber okay. Für mich wäre das Gespräch hier vorbei. Sie erklärte aber dann, dass sie keine Nachricht erhalten hätte und ich es nicht angegeben hätte. Aber auch beim einchecken habe ich mehrfach erwähnt dass Hunde dabei sind und sie wurden auch von diesen Mitarbeiter gesehen. Ich sollte dann einen Nachweis zeigen. Ab diesen Tag hatte ich das Gefühl dass die Inhaberin mich „gefressen“ hatte.
