Small family hotel perfectly located.Helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to shops & promenade. Most helpful staff.
Roof terrace most pleasant on a warm evening.

Cons:

Limited hanging space, no wardrobes.

Tolle Lage, mega Ausblick und tolle Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Jakobsbrunnen war für uns als Pilger genial. Wir saßen nachmittags auf der Sonnenterrasse und der Blick auf den Bodensee war einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben viele Tipps für unsere Reise bekommen und haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!!

This room was not the best fit for us. Other room types may provide a better experience at a higher price.
Pros:

Good location, near Hafen railway station, shopping areas, and the lakeside. The room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

The room was very hot during the daytime because of the strong sunshine from the street side.

The shower water pressure was very weak and too slow, especially for washing long hair.

There was a leftover food box in the fridge. No fire evacuation instructions or hotel information were provided in the room.

The bathroom trash bags were left rolled up and not prepared in the trash bin for guests.

Overall, the room did not feel properly ready for guests.

Mooi Hotel aan de Bodensee
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, zo aan de Bodensee! Inchecken ging automatisch en eenvoudig. Ook erg fijn dat ze eigen parkeergarage hebben. Personeel ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Parkeergarage was wel even zoeken en niet heel duidelijk aangegeven, (ondanks dat die letterlijk wel aan het hotel zit).

Pros:

Lage sehr schön nahe am See. Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Frisch renoviert, alles gut.
Tiefgarage für ein kleines Auto absolut ok. Man sollte wissen, dass das Tor sich automatisch öffnet wenn man nahe genug ran fährt.

Cons:

Frühstück war etwas sehr dürftig. Der Käse lag schon länger draußen und die Auswahl war auch nicht berauschend. Der Service im Cafe, in dem das Frühstück serviert wurde, fühlte sich auch erstmal nicht wirklich zuständig, es hat gedauert bis wir Tee/Kaffee bekommen haben.
Ganz nervig war der automatisch Check-in. Der hat erstmal die Kreditkarte nicht genommen um dann 2x abzubuchen. Leider hat die Rückerstattung nicht wirklich funktioniert. Anstatt einfach die doppelt gebuchte Summe zurück zu überweisen wurde mir erst zu wenig erstattet und auf Nachfrage nochmal ein kleiner Betrag, mit dem die Summe aber immer noch nicht ausgeglichen war. Das hat mich doch etwas geärgert und führt hier zur Abwertung.

Fint läge, centralt och vid Bodensee. Vi hade ett rum med utsikt över sjön. Cyklarna i hotellets garage. En kaffemaskin fanns på vårt våningsplan

Cons:

Der Herr an der Rezeption war nicht wirklich freundlich. Eine zusätzliche Frage zu beantworten bereitete Mühe. Zum Abschied zu grüßen war nicht so wichtig wie ein Telefonat.
Die Frau in der Küche und Büfett war sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good and staff very welcoming. Room was spacious and very clean. Lake view was amazing.

Cons:

Shower presure was very low and hot water not hot enough. It would be great if we had coffee/tea making facilities in the room especially as there was no dial phone to place orders.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut, Fenster muss in der Nacht zu bleiben. Hotel für meinen Geschmack zu altmodisch. Die benachbarte leerstehende Ladenpassage vermittelt das Ambiente eines lost place

Check in ohne Personal ab 17.00 Uhr war sehr aufwändig, Unterbringung der Fahrräder im Parkhaus nach Schließen der Rezeption schwierig
