Pros:

A tulajdonosok és a személyzet rettenetesen kedves és segítőkész, a szállásról a kilátás a tengerre mesés, maga a hely valóban nagyon csendes és nyugodt. Az unokaöcsémmel nyaraltam ott, aki mindenki kedvence volt a hotelben, ezért külön is hálás vagyok!

Cons:

Többedszer voltam már itt 5 éven belül, mindig szívesen jövök. Azt viszont szomorúan látom, hogy az elmúlt években nem fordítottak energiát a hotel (legalább részleges) felújítására, ami nagyon ráférne. A csatornaszag a fürdőszobában, az omladozó vakolat nem vendégcsalogató. Mindezek ellenére (és mindezekre számítva - az ablakot pl. nyáron nyitva lehet hagyni éjszaka is) remek néhány napot lehet ott tölteni, főleg a fentiek miatt.

Posizione ottima sul porto e subito sotto il castello di Miramare.

Cons:

Albergo fatiscente, con molte potenzialità, ma purtroppo tenuto male. Bagno senza bidet e con doccino bloccato e tenda della doccia con zero tenuta, risultato pavimento bagnato. Senza tv, frigo e aria condizionata, non che siano sempre necessari, ma per il prezzo pagato sarebbero dovuti essere presenti. Armadio senza attaccapanni. Colazione scarsa con prodotti confezionati (brioche con crema rancida). Locale colazione con molta muffa su muri e parte del soffitto.

Die Zeit ist hier in den 60er Jahren stehen geblieben.

Freundliche Besitzer. Für unsere Zwecke gute Lage.

Cons:

Sehr alt und abgewohnt. Keine Klima. Parken nur auf öffentlichem Parkplatz neben dem Hotel möglich.

Hotel má neuvěřitelnou duši, osobitý styl a kouzlo, které v luxusních hotelech nenajdete.
Pros:

Stylový, specifický hotel, který má duši na romantickém místě. Pro ty co hledají ubytování, které se odlišuje od průměru.
Poloha hotelu je nádherná. Snídaně jsou typicky italské - jednoduché a sladké, doplněné o naprosto vynikající kávu. Čistota je v pořádku, byť nečekejte sterilní prostředí. Pro nás to byl autentický a nezapomenutelný zážitek. Rádi se budeme vracet.

Pokud se začne něco vylepšovat, bude to špatné.

Diciamo che mi è piaciuta soltanto la vista sul mare, per il resto il soggiorno è stato davvero al di sotto delle aspettative, la camera abbastanza grande ma senza un attaccapanni un posto dove appoggiare le valigie, mancava addirittura una parte di persiana per cui al mattino presto entrava la luce anche se avevano messo una tenda un po'scura che però non copriva tutta la finestra, c'era il televisore ma non funzionava, la doccia a vista dalla stanza alla faccia della privacy, la prima colazione veramente deludente, la sala da pranzo con una parete tutta umida e scrostata e poi potrei continuare ma mi fermo qui, l'unica cosa positiva è la gentilezza della proprietaria ma solo lei perchè chi serviva ai tavoli non era così gentile.

Struttura fatiscente: oltre a essere un edificio decadente, trasandato e scomodo per scalinate e scalini, la nostra camera aveva come letto un materasso su una cassa di legno, arredo inesistente e soprattutto bagno fronte letto senza porta ..... Assenza totale di intimità, neanche una tenda....poi ragnatele....passi la doccia, questa accettabile, con finestra verso il letto ma il gabinetto a vista no....
Scherziamo....mi stupisco persino di booking

Pros:

Lokacija je na izvanrednom mestu odma uz dvorac Miamare.
Pored samog hotela je početna stanica lokalnog autobusa sa kojim se vrlo brzo stize do centra grada i do plaze takodje jer linija br 6 ide duzinom cele plaze.
Pogled je fantastičan na more iz samog hotela.

Egy régi villaépület meseszép helyen, a kastélykert melletti kikötőöbölben.
Ha valaki nem a modern kor kényelmét keresi, de lenyűgözi ennek a patinás villának a stílusa, az igazi gyöngyszemet talál itt megfizethető áron, reggelivel.
Hacsak tehetjük visszatérünk.
