La colazione è costituita da prodotti confezionati dalla grande distribuzione. Non c'è TV in camera e nemmeno un frigo o la possibilità di preparare bevande calde.

schöne Lage, sauberes, modernes Zimmer in einer Altbau-Villa, mit wunderschöner romantischer Aussicht auf den Hafen, bequeme Decken, spontanes und freundliches Check-In, inkl. einfachem und gutem Frühstück, perfekt für 1-2 Nächte od einen Zwischenstopp, Busse fahren direkt vorm Hotel alle 15min ins Zentrum od zum Schloss-Miramar, das Hotel befindet sich direkt hinter dem Schloss

Hervorragende Lage, aber…
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage, Meerblick, Busnähe, Deko im Speiseraum, in Plastik verpacktes Frühstück (angesichts der hygienischen Zustände ist es so besser)

Cons:

WC und Dusche waren bei Ankunft definitiv nicht gereinigt (lange Haare und sonstige Verunreinigungen), schmutziger Duschvorhang und Bettvorleger, keine Kleiderbügel, kein Föhn, kein TV, Schmutz in allen Ecken im Bad und Zimmer, Duschschlauch defekt, ein großer Stein lag im Waschbecken (wahrscheinlich statt einem fehlenden Stöpsel?)

Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo, pensando di potermi fidare di booking per 4 notti, 2 persone, per una cifra di circa 400€. La mia permanenza è durata mezz'ora e senza rimborso.
Già dall'esterno si nota una evidente carenza di manutenzione. Fatto il check-in, mi è stata consegnata la chiave della stanza, serratura tipo porte interne di casa anni '60, prive di sicurezza. Entrati nella camera siamo stati accolti da un paio di cimici, ma le abbiamo facilmente fatte uscire.
La camera è spoglia, con vecchi mobili consumati; non c'è una sedia, solo due comodini, se così si possono chiamare, e un vecchio tavolo. Il bagno inguardabile, la doccia con parete trasparente verso la camera e finestra sopra il wc priva di tenda. Non c'è un phon in dotazione, non c'è niente.
Porta finestra priva di tende che dà su un balcone in stato di degrado con persiane di legno corrose dal tempo.
Le foto pubblicitarie che appaiono su booking non sono veritiere; forse risalgono a un lontano passato.
Non posso dire nient'altro. Giusto una mezz'ora di permanenza nella stanza per cercare un altro albergo.
Abbiamo restituito le chiavi e andati via velocemente, perdendo i circa 400€ già scalati da booking.
Ritengo che Booking dovrebbe verificare meglio ciò che propone.
