Pros:

Hotellet ligger helt ned til vandet.
Værten var super behjælpelig trods sprogbarriereren.
Værelset var virkelig hyggeligt med lille terrasse og udsigt ud til Middelhavet.

Cons:

Jeg havde ikke lige fået læst at der ingen A/C var på stedet, men det er "min fejl" Fordi jeg ikke tjekkede det inden jeg bookede.

Terrible accommodation at an exorbitant price, the owner has no judgment.
Pros:

Almost nothing. The only advantage is the nearby shuttle bus stop, which runs to Trieste at regular intervals.

Cons:

The hotel already looks very shabby from the outside, it is several decades past its prime and should either be closed or completely renovated. It should not be classified as a hotel, but as a hostel.
The owner does not communicate - he does not answer messages or emails. He only speaks Italian and does not try to communicate.
Upon entering, we were struck by the strong smell of incense sticks - in the morning we discovered that the owner was trying to drown out the strongly smelling sewage with them. The corridors were not tidy, dust and garbage were in the corners. The room was shabby, the bed was worn out. And the shower was also excellent, separated from the room only by a glass wall that does not leak, so the water flows onto the floor of the room.
BUT THE WORST WERE THE BREAKFASTS !!!!! In the mixed stench of sewage and incense sticks, we got per person:
- quite acceptable coffee
- 1 tiny juice in a box
- 1 tiny bun - about three days old
- 1 packaged long-life croissant
- 1 packaged long-life mini toast
- 1 packaged jam
- a plate with 2 slices of cheese and salami.
Everything was old, not fresh.
If the owner had served coffee and fresh croissants, it would have been much more acceptable.
The price was exorbitant for how terrible all the services were.
There is only a public parking lot at the hotel, which is often crowded during the day. The only beach is a paid swimming pool and the only possibility to swim in the sea is from the wall of the port pier over the rocks.

Egyszerü, piciny szoba.
Pros:

A Miamari kastély, a tenger közelsége, ár érték arány.

Cons:

A fúrdőszobán egy átlátszó üveg ajtó van, ami így a piciny szobából mintha nem is lenne nem tudsz úgy helyezkedni hogy ne legyen meg a szemkontaktus amig a párod bármit csinál a fürdőben.

Unas vistas preciosas
Pros:

Los dueños y trabajadores han sido muy amables y cercanos. Las habitaciones que dan hacia el mar tienen unas vistas espectaculares durante todo el día, pero sobretodo al atardecer. En cuanto a la ubicación, si buscas pasar tiempo en Trieste ciudad, hay una parada de autobús a menos de 2 minutos. Si bien durante el día pasa un bus cada 15 minutos, cuando llega la noche la frecuencia disminuye considerablemente. Pero si no tienes especial interés en ir a Trieste y prefieres tranquilidad, la ubicación es perfecta!

Italienischer Traum
Pros:

Die liebevolle und stilvolle Gestaltung eines zweifellos in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels hat uns von Beginn an verzaubert.
Vom Balkon der Blick auf's Meer, das Frühstück in einem kleinen Glaspalast, die Terrasse mit Hafenblick, auf der wir gerne gelungene Abendessen genossen.

Wer Air-Condition, Aufzug und Business-Chic erwartet, sollte besser woanders nächtigen.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für Liebhaber italienischer Lebenskultur - wir kommen unbedingt wieder !!!

Parfait pour une ou deux nuits.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait avec plage, château de Miramare accessible à pied , Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, WiFi gratuit, Bus ou bateau pour la ville.
Nous avions une belle et spacieuse chambre avec une vue magnifique sur le port.
Très bien pour une ou deux nuits.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant sans équipements .. et sans ascenseur. La seule prise électrique était occupée par le ventilateur (pas de clim) , Nous avons du demander une rallonge avec fiches multiples pour charger nos téléphone. Pas de télévision. Déjeuner décevant avec pain et viennoiseries industrielles. Sécurité limite ..

posto con una vista incantevole sul mare. ha il gusto retrò e pregno di storia dei luoghi di un altro tempo. Ci si sente in un luogo unico e con un'anima e non nella camera di un anonimo franchise nella quale tutto è talmente standardizzato che ti rendi conto che potresti trovarti indifferentemente tanto a Trieste che a Hong Kong. Infine ii padroni sono stati squisiti e gentilissimi.

Cons:

nonostante non ci fosse l'ascensore (eravamo al secondo piano) e non ci fosse l'aria condizionata (magari un ventilatore in camera lo metterei a disposizione) il luogo ha un suoi fascino particolare che fa dimenticare queste "mancanze".

Das Bett war schön hart und ich habe gut geschlafen.
Die Besitzer waren sehr nett, sprechen nur italienisch.

Cons:

Kein Balkon, Aussicht auf das Gartenlager, ein Kompressor vor dem Fenster der lief bis Mitternacht. das Zimmer war muffig, der Duschvorhang schimmlig, die alten Polstersessel schmutzig.

Die Aussenansicht ist im ersten Moment erschreckend, man weiss nicht genau ob das Hotel geöffnet hat. Innen sieht es interessant aus. Vintage stark durchgemischt. Zimmer sauber aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Frühstück, auch spartanisch, Kaffee war gutw. Hotelbesitzer in die Jahre gekommen wie das Hotel.
