Nette Unterkunft mit viel Charme.
Pros:

Ein Hotel mit Charme vergangener Zeiten. Sehr sauber, die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Lage mit Blick aufs Meer.
Gratis Parkplatz mit guter Busverbindung vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Schade, daß die Besitzer das Hotel nicht sanieren - es könnte ein echtes Kleinod sein.

Außergewöhnliches shabby-chic Hotel. Design kombiniert mit alternder Immobilie. Toll gemacht! Lage perfekt: Meer, Restaurants, Parkplätze vor der Tür und on-top das Schloss Miramare direkt um die Ecke!

Great location and retro vibes
Pros:

Very lovely old hotel with the most hospitable and nice stuff. The location is superb - 2 steps from the sea and the Miramare castle.
The room was nice and clean, and (despite being positioned as one without the sea view) I could see the sea from my window. Bedsheets and towels were fresh and clean
I enjoyed also a small breakfast provided - a good assortment of yoghurt, breads, and ham, great coffee, and good quality ham and cheese.

Cons:

The room can definitely do with some minor repairs - the plaster was peeling off in some places, and the shower drainage could do with some maintenance. The building has definitely seen better days but I believe the issues are mostly minor
During one rainy day, I could already feel the dampness becoming an issue for the stays in colder weather (pillows could benefit from good air drying initially too)

Pros:

Výnimočný hotel, ktorý má skutočne dušu. Pokiaľ hľadáte supermoderné ubytovanie, nebude to pre vás. Tento hotel má šarm, dýcha z neho minulosť, rodinná atmosféra. Je to cesta časom, v jedálni by kľudne mohol sedieť Hercule Poirot alebo slečna Marplová. Bolo to presne to, čo sme hľadali pre úplny reset a odstup od bežného života. Majitelia veľmi milí a ústretoví, človek sa cítil vítaný. Poloha v kľudnej časti pri malom prístave, napriek tomu priame autobusové spojenie s mestom. Ak chcete na chvíľu zabudnúť na upomáhľaný svet, toto miesto je to pravé.

I would certainly come back and chose this location again.
Pros:

The place is kind of vintage with nice artwork and a lot of Charme. The hotel is perfectly situated for for the Miramar Castello and Park and for nice long walks towards Triest.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a bit more comprehensive but the coffee was excellent

Dobra lokalizacja. Miły personel.

Cons:

W hotelu było okropnie brudno, wszędzie smród. Na ścianach, sufitach i w łazience pleśń. Wszystkie sprzęty wymagają wymiany na nowe. Rano nie było ciepłej wody. W łazience okropnie śmierdziało kanalizacją. Ściany i drzwi kompletnie nie wygłuszone. Prawdopodobnie taki sam klucz do wszystkich pokoi. Na poduszkach do spania były położone inne poduszki, które wyglądały jakby nie były nigdy prane. W pokoju było tylko jedno gniazdko.
Śniadanie to kompletna porażka. Dostaliśmy dwa plasterki bardzo nieświeżego sera położonego na równie nieswieżej szynce i kilka czerstwych bułek.

Owners are good people. Traditional Italians with a nice seafood restaurant. Doing their true intention to satisfy.
Location is beautiful, 10 meters to the docks on the sea.
Room clean.
Public free parking lot.

Cons:

It may be my fault to not have verified before booking.
No TV, very poor WiFi (measured 4MBs download, 10MBs upload - suggesting that too many users on a narrow band.
Bathroom water warm for one person, but not enough for second person
Basic breakfast. No vegetables no fruit. But again, owners sincerely care.

A wonderful hotel with a unique retro vibe! ✨
Pros:

Perfect for those looking for something different from a typical modern hotel or apartment. It has a very cinematic, old-school Italian atmosphere that really makes you feel the vibe of the Italian coast.

For us, this hotel was exactly what made our travel to Italy so special. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we were lucky to get a beautiful room with an amazing sea view. The view of the marina is simply stunning.

The location near Miramare Castle is also perfect. The castle opens at 8 AM, so you can get there before the crowds and enjoy it almost completely empty - a huge bonus!

The breakfast was good, with a lovely and cozy atmosphere. But we came here for the sea, the location and Miramare Castle, and in that sense, the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. ❤️

If you love retro aesthetics, cinematic places and hotels with character, you’ll love it here!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

The view is good and the Miramare castle nearby is beautiful. It has breakfast with multiple options. The lady who spoke bosnian was nice. It is the cheapest in the area.

Cons:

The building and the rooms were very old and not in a good condition. There was a big rock in my shower and one evening I had no hot water. The doors were hard to lock and there was a huge spider in my room. I decided to leave the hotel early.
