The proximity to the Reds baseball stadium was great.
The staff was extremely rude. Their website states that check is at 3 p.m. we arrived at 3 p.m. and were told our room wasnt ready yet. The man at the desk was extremely rude about everything and stated check in starts at 3, but that doesnt mean your room will me ready by 3. We waited 40 minutes and after having to deal with the rude gentleman at the desk we asked for a manager. He was able to get us in a room within about 30 minutes but we had to down grade and still pay the same price we had originally paid for the upgraded room. The air condition in the room would not turn off even though we set it to 70. When we woke up in the morning our room was 63 degrees! The bed for the price of the room was terrible. If you pay that kind of money you at least expect a comfortable bed. They were understaffed for labor day weekend as well. They give you free drink tokens when you check in, but the bartender is also the front desk check in and after waiting 10 minutes for our free drink we left. The experience over all was terrible. The only good thing about it is you can walk to the stadium, but I would highly recommend you find a different hotel close to the stadium.

We came to see a concert at the Heritage Bank Center. The location was amazing!!! The hotel was clean, safe and adorable.
The room didn’t have a ton for storage but it was okay for the short stay we had.

The staff were so friendly, the room & lobbies were so clean, and there were two very nice bar areas inside the hotel. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the ballpark. Will definitely be staying again.
Location
Radio was to load during check in. Couldn’t what they was saying. The roof top restaurant/bar was closed and was one of the reason I booked it. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work
We had a wonderful stay at the Moxy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. You definitely can't beat this location, a very short walk to the ballpark and dining.
Check in experience was not good. had to check in at the bar, very loud, miscommunication resulting in double billing

There was frosted glass in the shower that my son and I had to deal with in our room and no way to cover it from the other while we showered. Also the cold water in the sink did not work at all along with no refrigerator in the room.
The breakfast was pitiful
The ambiance. Very much a party vibe, not suitable for a family traveling with kids.
