Food order took a long time (close to 3 hours), but other than that, I really enjoyed this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean when I arrived, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained for a long time. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom had issues, and overall the room did not feel comfortable or welcoming at all.
The staff was also not very helpful or friendly. When I asked for assistance, it felt like my concerns were ignored or not taken seriously. Customer service should be much better, especially for guests who are paying to stay there.
Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Between the poor room condition, lack of comfort, and unprofessional staff, I would not recommend staying here. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and room quality.?
The room was dirty with a huge spider in the bathroom, mosquitoes and roaches downstairs... No hot water, dinner took 2,5 hours to prepare... Not satisfied

Noisy rooms because it’s on the main road, and the rooms and stairs require a little bit more cleaning.
I like the view , food over there was very tasty and staffs were also helpful.
I feel bed was uncomfortable...the spring over the bed was hurting me.
