Pros:

An exceptional hotel and one of the highlights of our stay in Kyoto.

From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel felt luxurious, polished, and thoughtfully designed. The room was enormous by Japanese standards and impeccably clean throughout. It was also incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after long days spent exploring the city.

The staff were outstanding—professional, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request. The level of service consistently matched the high standard of the property.

The pool area was another highlight and provided a wonderful space to relax and recharge. Combined with the spacious rooms and excellent facilities, the hotel offered a level of comfort that exceeded our expectations.

What surprised us most was the value for money. Given the quality of the rooms, facilities, service, and overall experience, we felt the hotel represented excellent value compared to many other luxury properties.

The location is also hard to beat. Situated in one of the best areas of Kyoto, it provided easy access to many of the city’s main attractions while also being surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and shops.

Overall, this was a flawless stay. We would happily return on a future trip to Kyoto and would highly recommend the Hilton Kyoto to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly located base in the city.

Espectacular Hotel, muy pero muy bueno

La habitación era atómica, y además todo nuevo. Ha sido de las mejores estadías que he tenido. El desayuno buffet era maravilloso y muy completo. Todo el personal demasiado amable, nos gustó todo

Cons:

El precio estaba demasiado por encima de otros hoteles, aunque la comodidad era muy superior, quizás podría haber sido un poco más baja la tarifa

Great hotel
Pros:

Love that they have a pool and the rooms are stunning too! Room service came super fast. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful! The gym is well equipped and spacious.

Cons:

Same breakfast everyday, not much changes. That there is no clear instructions about how to enter the pool area. Then also that our room had these beautiful automatic shutters but faced a roof, so no view or much natural light.
