Tolles zentrales Stadthotel - sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Tolle lage in Gehdistanz zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ganz neues Hotel in einem sehr ansprechenden, modernen Japanstil. Sehr grosse Zimmer und Bäder. Schöner Pool. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse um am Abend den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Great hotel in a great location…
Pros:

Central location. Lovely spacious and clean rooms. Great staff without exception. Light display on the government building which we could see in bed! 7 - 11,on site.

Cons:

Restaurants stopped taking orders at 8.30pm. Western breakfast could have been better but there was good other choices.

Large rooms, central hotel
Pros:

Central location, large rooms, very friendly reception and baggage desk. Breakfast selection was good. Very Busy.

Cons:

Wasn’t as clean as I expected based on other Japanese hotels. We were in room 620. May 5 to May 8. The first day found hair strands in amenities kit, second day desk and countertops were untouched and water refill jug was not cleaned left as we left it, small water and lid off and cups strewn around. Not what I expected from Hilton hotel in Japan. Breakfast service very skiw for custom orders and omelettes were cold

No better place to stay
Pros:

Excellent location close to markets and a walk across the river from Gion. Exceptionally friendly staff and great facilities.

Cons:

Room service was expensive, however the breakfast restaurants were great.

A zen vibe from the moment you walk in
Pros:

This hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect. Everything was just outside the front of the hotel, but felt very calm. The rooms are stunning. They look very newly built. Loved this hotel.

Nothing. It was great.

Ottima struttura , veramente un 5 stelle !
Pros:

Architettura interna di grande rilievo. Area ricevimento : spaziosa e ben arredata.
Camere ottime. Piscina interna di dimensioni ottime.
Colazione super
Lounge al 5° piano ben fornita e sempre aperta.
Personale sempre disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Devo dire che non ho proprio nulla da sottolineare di negativo.
