Η επιπλέον χρέωση για το parking ,αλλά δεν με ένοιαξε κ πολύ γιατί ήθελα την ασφάλεια της μοτοσικλέτας μου .
I had a wonderful stay at Aurora Sofia Hotel. Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is also excellent.
What made my stay truly special was the outstanding service provided by the entire team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.
I would like to express my special thanks to Georgia. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my stay. Her warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made a real difference and made me feel truly welcome.

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in Sofia, and Aurora is honestly one of the best. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
The location is perfect it’s in a great area, with a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away and easy access to everything you need. The hotel is modern, stylish, feels brand new, and is exceptionally clean.
The biggest highlight, however, was the staff. Every single person I met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.
I happened to be there during the World Cup final, and the hotel organized a live screening in the lobby for guests. It was such a thoughtful idea and created a really fun, friendly atmosphere that made the stay even more memorable.
The room was excellent the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, the air conditioning worked perfectly (especially appreciated during the summer), and the shower was spacious with great water pressure.
Everything about my stay was outstanding, and I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If you’re looking for a modern, spotless hotel with an amazing team and a fantastic location, Aurora Sofia is the perfect choice.
I will 100% be staying here again the next time I’m in Sofia. Thank you to the entire Aurora team for such a wonderful stay!
The only minor issue I experienced was with the TV. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get it to turn on, and even the receptionist kindly tried to help but wasn’t able to get it working either. It wasn’t a major problem for me, but I think the TV system could be improved or made a little more user-friendly for future guests.
