The location is great, the room is nice with the terrace and the view of the mountains.
During our stay, we noticed some nails left in the bathtub from a previous guest. The scent of cleaning products used on the bedsheets was quite strong. Additionally, the staff appeared to be less experienced; they did not smile or greet guests, which felt a bit unfriendly. We also observed that card payments were not accepted.

Có đoàn khách gia đình bk 5 phòng và họ rất ồn, toàn bộ các phòng khác ko thể nghỉ ngơi đc vì đoàn này.
Dù biết ko phải lỗi ks, nhưng Ks nên cân nhắc tập trung vào tệp khách lẻ hay khách đoàn,để ko phải gặp tình huống khó chịu này
