EDIT - Disappointing stay but the property managers say they are going to fix the issues
Pros:

The bedroom was clean.
Good temperature in room and not stuffy as windows can fully open.
There was a convenient shop below.

Cons:

- The entrance is not secure, the door opened without us entering the code.
- The key boxes are not secure, one was hanging open with a key inside it and would not clip shut.
- The private bathroom is across the hall which we WERE aware of but it smelled appalling even with the windows open all day.
- The bathroom, which you are expected to shower in, has no where to hang clothes or store anything else, and the towel rail is a good 9-10ft away from the shower so you have to walk across wet tiles to reach it.
- The wi-fi was non existent, the name we were given for it could not be found. We contacted the manager who said they would 'check it was working' but we never heard back and the issue was not resolved.
- The TV only works if connected to the internet, does not even connect to 'live tv' channels so it may as well not have been there at all.
- The kettle was not clean inside
EDIT; The property managers reached out to us and have refunded 50% - They have insisted that this was a one off experience which they say is reflected in their other reviews, and that they will immediately be rectifying the issues we had.
