It was a wonderful stay in Grand Silver as we went for treatment in Apollo hospital

Good property with all the necessities
Pros:

Reasonably located for the purpose of the visit and had all the basics

Cons:

Staff were good but seemed a bit unfriendly at first. The outside environment was subpar. If the same hotel was in a better locality it would feel a lot nicer

Very neat and clean. Staff also is very polite and helpful

Pros:

The bed and bathroom was okay

Cons:

The customer service was not responsive. Any help needed will coming very slowly.
The fan in our room was rotating fast but no wind,
Aircond was working in marginal condition
I would suggest other hotel
