Cons:

I booked through Booking.com and the receptionist said they had received no confirmation, even though I had it. They said I must pay more for a more expensive room as all the cheaper rooms were taken, and the Hotel was fully booked. I said I would go elsewhere then.
He followed me to my car and said I could now have a room at the original quoted price. I subsequently noticed that less than half the rooms were taken.
I had stayed here many times before, and was always treated well. I do not know if it has new owners or just new staff, but I won't be staying there again.

Дякую за за чисту та теплу кімнату у Вашому готелі. На будь-яке прохання з увагою реагували.
Користувалися послугами готелю – все було на найвищому рівні. Ввічлива працівниця на рецепшен. Усім бажаю миру, здоров'я та виконання мрій.

Happy guests
Pros:

The hotel was on our route, we brought humanitarian aid with 3 cars and 5 people. Staff is very friendly and helpful, also in the middle of the night. Rooms are clean with full functionality. Regarding the price this has been the perfect location for us.
