Staff were helpful and friendly.

Its was not so private the villas were close to eachother and there was no toothbrush and toothpaste as well also bathroom didnt feel that private as well.

Очень симпатичное место. Фотографии соответствуют реальности на сто процентов!
Большие, чистые, стильные комнаты. А бунгало с видом на океан - просто супер!

Завтраки вкусные и сытные. Да и в целом на территории можно покушать за адекватные деньги и вкусно.

Нам даже захотелось остаться, поэтому мы продлили проживание еще на один день

С удовольствием бы вернулась сюда

La struttura è bellissima , scenografica , posizione alla fine non male solo la strada per arrivarci e dissestata ma tutta nusa è così non consiglio lo scooter.

Cons:

La pulizia , il bagno era sporchissimo mi sono accorta il giorno dopo che c ‘era tipo sangue sulla tavoletta sotto non lo avevano proprio pulito , devono migliore sulla pulizia soprattutto del wc perché ogni persona si siede lì e si trasmettono malattie quindi dovete avere cura della pulizia dei sanitari, pulirli e disinfettarli !!!!!!!! Non ho avuto modo di dirlo alla reception perchè quella mattina andavo di fretta che avevo il traghetto.

Não recomendo a ninguém este alojamento. As fotos que vemos não correspondem à realidade

O único ponto positivo foram os funcionários.

Cons:

Primeiramente gostaria de salientar que nao dormimos no hotel, ficamos apenas 3 horas e decidimos não passar as duas noites previstas e NÃO HOUVE REEMBOLSO ALGUM.A rececionista propôs-nos um outro quarto, mas achamos que as condições seriam as mesmas.
Os pontos principais que nos fizeram sair do hotel foram os seguintes:
A localização do alojamento é mesmo muito má, está localizado numa zona onde os táxis não têm permissão para passar, ou seja se o seu taxista não quiser levar até ao hotel você terá de caminhar 20 minutos. As comodidades, não gostei de todo. Primeiro não havia segurança, as portas não fechavam. Segundo a casa de banho é exterior e com teto aberto nesse dia estava a chover ou seja que foi super incómodo. Terceiro tinha imensos insectos dentro do quarto incluindo um gecko(lagartixa comum em Bali). Quarto a piscina tinha imensas baratas. Quinto a comida não era boa de todo e não há restaurantes perto.
É uma villa com o intuito de ser “instagramável” ao invés de querer o bem estar das pessoas que realmente vão lá. Seria melhor agradar a todos do que agradar o olho de fotos.

A beautiful, quiet, relaxing place with amazing views, great food, and a cosy atmosphere
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here. We spent 4 nights and could have stayed for weeks. The room was cosy and clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony and hammock net. The pool area was amazing, and the restaurant had great food and drinks. Would definitely come back.

The wifi was a bit slow

Pros:

El sitio es precioso, tal cual las fotos.
Son súper atentos y serviciales
en el mismo alojamiento puedes alquilar una moto para moverte, lo malo es la carretera y sobre todo el tramo de camino hasta el hotel

El camino hasta el hotel es complicado por el mal estado del camino
