Apart from the room facilities not as described the staff were great, the room comfortable and breakfast adequate.
Pros:

Easy and convenient staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The facilities said mini bar, dressing gown but there were neither. The fridge was not connected and there was no available socket near it to plug in.

Pros:

Just the area is ok for this hotel that's it, close to promenade, restaurants and coffee shops. Good thing they have car park for customers free off charge we had a rented car.

Cons:

When I done the booking I payed for a room with balcony and we been checking in a room with out it. Was 2 aviable when i book it. . Brakefast very disappointed even if I payed for breakfast we didn't eat in there...nothing as a normal breakfast unfortunately
We stay in room 504 for 5 nights no one came to clean it ,chnage towel, no toilet roll been top it up. Room and bathroom dirty by paint, the sink dirty with paint as well, long hair on the walls in the bathroom straight we checking. I went for a good and not cheap room when I done my booking and get rubbish one unfortunately. I'm sorry but this is my real opinion about it. Not going in there anymore. None smoker couple but evrey think in there smells cigarettes, even the bedsheets pillows🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Quarto confortável td perfeito.

Cons:

Não gostei do pequeno almoço e eles limparam o quarto só na entrada e na saída, ou seja no segundo dia do alojamento não fizeram a cama nem limparam o wc.

Çalışanlar net, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Seyahatimizi araba ile yaptığımız için park sorunu yaşamadık; vale hizmeti bizim için büyük bir kolaylıktı.

Cons:

Bir hafta konakladık. Olumsuz olarak, odamızdaki çöpler konaklama süresi boyunca hiç alınmadı. Bir noktadan sonra çöpleri oda kapısının önüne çıkarmak zorunda kaldım. Havlular da düzenli olarak değiştirilmedi; yalnızca yeni havlu istediğimizde getirildi. Ancak kullanılan havlular odadan alınmadığı için odada kirli havlu birikmesi oldu.
Kahvaltı fena değildi. Ancak reçel ve çikolata kreması gibi ürünler her gün büfede açık ve büyük kaselerde aynı şekilde sunuluyordu. Bunun yerine tek kullanımlık, kapalı kahvaltılıkların tercih edilmesi daha hijyenik ve uygun olurdu.

Дорого за плесень ванной, очень дорого, будто приезжают люди которые жили раньше в сарае

Cons:

Плесень в ванной, сменил три номера, во всех была плесень лютая. Плесень вредна, так как ее споры и выделяемые ими микотоксины при вдыхании или попадании в пищу вызывают аллергии, проблемы с дыханием.
Завтрак ровно с 7:30, если у вас экскурсия с 7:30, вы пораньше поесть не сможете, даже если будет готово все, исламская традиция не позволит работать раньше.

Great and pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff was so kind, helpful and attentive. There is valet parking, which is so necessary in this part of town. They were waiting for us, provided an early room when we arrived as my child was asleep. The were extremely kind, helpful and supportive, we felt very spoiled. The location is just perfect to explore the main sites of the city.
