El trato y amabilidad del Gerente

No tenía aire acondicionado, sin embargo no estaba en la descripción de la habitación en la página de reserva y de antemano sabía que no contaría con ello

Excelente estadía de una noche. Muy recomendable

La ubicación del hotel quedó muy cómoda al evento al que fui a Cuernavaca. El personal del hotel me atendió de maravilla, muy práctico, amable y cálido.

La atención personalizada recibida, un trato amable la ubicación muy buena y las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias, un precio muy accesible.

Cons:

Nada en particular, las camas estaban para mi gusto un poco duras, pero se comprende que puedan estar así por el uso.

Sólo íbamos por una noche y el lugar es muy lindo, muy acogedor.
Carlos el gerente siempre muy amable y atento, nos sentimos muy a gusto. Es más un lugar para poder ir a descansar. Hay ventilador en el techo y es suficiente, puedes abrir la ventana también y hay mosquitero y dormir fresco. Nos gustó que hay como una salita en medio de las habitaciones para poder platicar o tomar un cafecito, muy agusto. Estamos seguros de que regresaremos. 10/10 el lugar.
