Very good hotel
Pros:

I like this hotel because we can approach hotliers very simple and there is no hard fast rules.Their sub staff also behave in very good manners.

Cons:

The problem is that the aged people like me finds difficult to climb the staircases to reach their rooms..So if elevator is installed it would be very much helpful to the elders.

Pros:

It's Mumbai we know it's expensive but it want to be worth for it. What ever complaint we mad u can't do any thing

Cons:

Servant are asking for tips but they not even help me for carry luggage.

No wifi

No proper water

Hot water not working

They not ready to give proper room which has got alloted to me

I booked pay at hotel but i couldnt stay as it was so pathetic and stinky when i reached there the staff was so unprofessional and worst room category. Everything was untidy and smoking smell with unwashed bedsheets.
