Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

We went to hotel without informing them about the booking, they showed us rooms and asked for a higher price. The moment we told them that we had a booking, they changed the rooms and offered less comfortable and clean options. Total waste of time

Pros:

A good hotel experience review should be informative, authentic, and specific about the aspects of the hotel that stood out, both positive and negative. It should provide details about the cleanliness, room comfort, staff service, food, and location, as well as the overall atmosphere and value for money. Reviews should aim to be helpful to other travelers by offering insights into what they can expect during their stay.
