Lovely! Truly enjoyed being on the island of Murano vs. Venice. It was very quaint and not crowded.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful as we arrived after hours. They provided us with the entrance code and keys to access our rooms without any issues. The next morning, we had to leave early to catch our flight so we couldn't stay for breakfast, but they offered to pack us a few snacks for the road which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Our stay was short but truly enjoyed it.

Cons:

If I had to pick something that could be improved upon it would be the bed. It was very squeaky and not very comfortable, and although the room was smaller than expected, it was still perfect for our needs.

Great location with a great breakfast.
Pros:

Great location if you do not want to stay directly in Venice. The service we received was excellent, and the staff were terrific. They easily accommodated our unknown later arrival, due to our train being cancelled, and were very helpful in giving us directions for how the water bus worked. It’s only one stop away from the airport, which is very convenient.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Cons:

The larger bed was a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

L'hôtel est facile à trouver et le check in après 21h s'est très bien passé, c'était bien organisé de la part de l'équipe. Le personnel est très gentil, arrangeant et le petit déjeuner est agréable. L'arrivée depuis la gare de Venise, puis le bateau bus jusqu'à Murano de nuit était magnifique.

Cons:

Murano est une ville fantôme la semaine, mais est-ce vraiment un point négatif ?

Proximité immédiate de la station vaporettos.

Cons:

Grande maison à l'aspect un peu ancien et désuet. Escaliers étroits et raides. J'ai été heureuse de séjourner au rez de chaussée à cause de mes bagages.
