This property definitely had the wow factor the view is absolutely amazing and the photos do not do it justice! The host cannot help you with information enough went above and beyond! The attention to detail and hospitality was truly amazing! So much so you don’t want to leave.

Antonio -the host- was amazing and helped us with caring our luggages. The flat is beautiful with probably the best view of Positano. Very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. And the property has its own on-street parking space which is very convenient, as parking (and driving) in Positano is chaotic. Thank you for everything Antonio!

Incredible view and very accommodating host. Antonio communicated everything we needed to know about the area and made us feel so welcome. The apartment is tucked away and gives you a private space to retreat to after exploring Positano. There’s a bus stop right outside the entrance to take you to and from the main town center, which is helpful after hiking up and down stairs throughout the day.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at the property.

Antonio is a fantastic host. He was always attentive, helpful, and assisted us with everything we needed during our stay.

The view💫:
The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking — even better than in the pictures. The outdoor area was one of our favorite parts of the property. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning, relax with a takeaway pizza, or simply sit and admire the scenery. We honestly wished we had stayed an extra day just to spend more time enjoying the terrace and the incredible atmosphere.

Room & Facilities:
The apartment is beautifully decorated, modern, and extremely clean. The facilities feel new and very well maintained. The bathroom is spacious, and the kitchen is excellent, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining comfortably. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days exploring the Amalfi Coast.

Location & Transportation:
Walking between the town and the apartment is definitely feasible, but it is important to keep in mind that, like most places along the Amalfi Coast, some sections of the way are shared with cars and motorcycles and there is naturally a bit of uphill walking involved. However, this is very common throughout the area and part of the Amalfi Coast experience. There is also a bus stop conveniently located just outside the property, making public transportation easily accessible, although buses may not always run exactly on schedule, so a little patience is sometimes needed.

One thing to consider is that the property does not have a luggage storage facility on-site. However, Antonio went above and beyond to help us find a practical solution, which we greatly appreciated.

As a suggestion for further guests travelling with big luggage and option of the property to arrange pick up and drop off luggage will improve the general experience.

L’Aquolella Positano is a truly exceptional place to stay. The accommodation is beautifully designed, elegant and impeccably presented, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and effortless experience. Antonio was an outstanding host, offering a level of care and attention that made our stay even more special. From excellent local recommendations to helping us resolve a toll fee issue, nothing was too much trouble. He was very helpful and responsive.

The view from the apartment was simply spectacular and its elevated position provided a rare sense of peace and privacy, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Positano and the Amalfi Coast. Sitting there with a glass of wine, surrounded by such beauty, felt genuinely magical. Also enjoyed some amazing takeaway pizzas from the pizzeria restaurant around 5 min walk away which we enjoyed on the terrace, after a busy day.

We did walk down into Positano and back up again, it took around 30-40 mins each way and is a steep incline coming back up! However there is an hourly bus service that conveniently stops right outside the accommodation entrance which we also used.

Antonio went above and beyond with thoughtful decorations, prosecco, and a homemade delicious cake from his family. He made celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary incredibly memorable, and we really appreciated the effort he put in to make it so special.

We have completely fallen in love with the Amalfi Coast — especially Positano, which is simply stunning. We were also so pleased to visit Sorrento, Pompeii, Ravello, and Amalfi — what an incredible experience from start to finish.

We 100% would recommend L’Acquolella to others and would love to return at some point.

This property is a hidden gem. It is located up the mountain with the most amazing panoramic views of the Positano coast line, ocean, city and mountain surrounds. The whole apartment is divine. It felt like home. Tastefully decorated & no expense spared.

We had the yellow apartment, which is spacious. All the amenities that you require.

Kitchen - there was a coffee machine with coffee pods, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, cups & glasses, sugar, selection of teas. There’s a bench top, with two bar chairs.

Our host left a care package of pasta, tomato Bolognese sauce, biscuits, juices, condiments, water, Parmesan cheese, limoncello lollies and some chocolates, which was greatly appreciated.

The bed was very comfortable and top linen. The bed is positioned to make the best of the ocean view. There is a smart T.V. on the wall. Hanging space and you get a cute canvas bag as a gift, which is hanging there on your arrival. Long mirror in the bedroom.

The bathroom is amazing. There is a mirror above the basin which has a touch light on it. The shower is nothing like I have seen before. There is a tiled area which you sit on and there is a water fountain that massages your back. On the other end is the shower recess.

Air conditioning in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

Iron and ironing board in a cupboard in the kitchen. There is a washing machine you can you if you require it.

The balcony is amazing. Comfortable outdoor furniture. Table and chair to eat at, 2 x coffee chairs with table & two chair lounges with drink and nibble table.

The grounds are serene and there are lemon trees, loquat trees and more. There is a swipe keep access gate to the property. There is a ramp and quite a few

If you are looking for an opulent apartment in a quiet location with several graduated steps. If you are frail or have mobility issues, then this possibly isn’t for you.

The beautiful view, the decoration, the welcome from the host. It was all perfect!

This property is located in an ideal location if your looking to relax and enjoy the view. It’s away from the crowd. However, there is a bus stop right outside the property making it super convenient to get to the beach and restaurants. There’s one bus that goes up and down every hour. Very easy to navigate. Antonio was there to greet us which helps after a long day of traveling. Communication went smoothly and very he was very responsive. His recommendations for restaurants and information about all the nearby cities were priceless. I will definitely come back again.

This is an amazing place to stay in Positano. Antonio and his family have created an absolute sanctuary in the hills above Positano. The view from the room is incredible, I think you’d be unlikely to find a better view in Positano. From the moment you arrive you can see the love and dedication that has gone into this property. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. There are kitchen facilities that include a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, hob and general kitchen items. The bed is comfortable and has an amazing view out into Positano. If you are thinking about staying in Positano then please let this be at the top of your list. There is a bus stop straight outside of the accommodation which takes you into Positano. Antonio and his family are exceptional hosts, I was fortunate enough to propose to my now Fiance here and Antonio and his family were instrumental in making that one of the most perfect moments of our lives. From start to finish, his commitment and attention to detail was obvious. I simply cannot thank him enough.
If you are thinking of coming to Positano, please let this be on your list to stay. There is not a better property for the price and you will not be disappointed.

Amazing view, there may not be a better one in Positano looking over the town. Very quiet and away from the busy town

The location was quite far up to walk but with the bus connection easy to reach.
