Schönes stilvolles BB in zentraler Lage
Pros:

BB am Rande der Altstadt, die fußläufig erreichbar ist. Schöne geräumige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar ist.

Cons:

Teilweise kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Haus, die jedoch alle belegt waren. Gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze waren ebenso alle belegt. Gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz gegenüber dem Haus, der jedoch mit € 1,50/Stunde relativ teuer werden kann.

Un hôtel idéalement situé proche du terminal de ferries et la vieille ville de Split
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du terminal des ferries et de la vieille ville de Split. La chambre était calme et bien équipée. Un excellent choix pour visiter la ville ou rejoindre facilement les îles voisines.

It is very beautiful, well decorated and in an excellent zone near the old town and the beach. Very comfortable and Ana is a kind anfitrion. We enjoy Split and the islands. We recomend it!

Lähellä bussiasemaa ja lauttaterminaalia (siksi valitsimme majoituksen). Kaunis tilava siisti huone, iso kylpyhuone.

It creates a very warm and charming atmosphere. The apartments are comfortable and feel like a peaceful little corner to relax in. The service was very polite and welcoming, and I was completely satisfied with everything during my stay.

Lovely stay close to city centre
Pros:

Absolutely lovely! Ana is a great host, she was friendly and always available by messages. The location is great, about 8 min away from the city centre. The room was spacious, clean and the bed super comfortable, I would definitely stay here again if I visit Split again.

Cons:

There is no reception desk, although this was not a problem since Ana was available at all times.

Størrelsen på værelset var fin og hyggelig. Badeværelset var også ok.

Cons:

Det føles mere som en Airbnb-lejlighed end et egentligt hotel. Der bor almindelige beboere i de øvrige lejligheder, og udefra ligner bygningen en gammel og meget slidt ejendom. Ruden i hoveddøren var smadret, og døren stod altid åben – også om natten.

Der er desuden meget lydt. Man kan høre almindelig samtale ude fra gangen samt tv fra de andre lejligheder. Sengen var forfærdelig: meget hård, knirkende og gyngede, hver gang man vendte sig. I de værelser, der vender ud mod gaden, er der også en del trafikstøj.

Der er ingen reception. Vi havde på forhånd oplyst (3 timer inden), at vi ville ankomme mellem kl. 14.30 og 15.30, men alligevel var der ingen til stede, da vi kom for at tjekke ind. Efterfølgende havde de sendt en besked om, at vi skulle skrive 20 minutter før ankomst, men den besked så vi ikke i tide.

De tager kun imod kontant betaling for hele opholdet, hvilket virker upraktisk. Værelset blev desuden kun gjort rent hver anden dag.

Ved indtjekning tog personen billeder af vores pas, men senere blev vi bedt om at sende dem igen, fordi personen, der havde modtaget dem, var ny. Under kommunikationen virkede de generelt usikre på, hvem vi var, og hvilket værelse vi boede på. Vi lagde betaling på værelset men fik ingen kvittering på betalingen. Da vi tjekkede ud, skete det helt uden nogen form for kommunikation med dem.

Hotel like door card operated power system means refrigerator is never cold, can;'t recharge toothbruch etc when not in room. Busy road so noisy in morning

Horrible. Una pesadilla

NADA. Todo una pesadilla.

Cons:

No es un hotel, es un piso en un edificio de viviendas en el que alquilan 4 habitaciones. No tiene ninguna placa y al solicitar factura reiteradamente entregan un recibo por lo que es un ESTABLECIMIENTO ILEGAL.
Estaba sucio el acceso y el interior. También la ropa de cama y toallas y TIENE CUCARACHAS....
No nos hicieron la habitación el primer día y como no hay manera de comunicarse (solo WhatsApp y contestan cuando quieren) pusimos una reclamación en Booking y la segunda noche nos hicieron las camas, limpiar no.
NOS COBRARON EN METALICO y después nos cancelaron la reserva en Booking.

Estadia excelente. A pessoa que nos recepcionou foi muito atenciosa. O local era perto do centro histórico. Fizemos tudo a pé. E era perto da praia também.

Ok but I expected better service and communication.
Pros:

Location was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The manager (Anna) was friendly and was there to meet me when I arrived.

Cons:

It wasn't mentioned when I booked the room that it couldn't be paid for with a credit card (only cash or other transfer methods). Also, the hotel was hard to find due to no external signage (so you didn't know whether you were at the right place). Also, my TV didn't work during my stay and no effort was made to fix it. The manager said it would be fixed when I left which wasn't much use to me and certainly not acceptable given the cost of the room.
